I love this place!! I've used Extra Storage space on 14750 Foothill/ Fontana CA twice now. The facility is always clean and safe. The Staff is amazing. Azucena and her staff are amazing, always friendly, and available for anything needed. My experience was so great that the 2nd time I used them again, even though I moved to Redlands Several miles away. I trusted my stuff would be safe and I appreciated the staff so I would make the commute. The first time I used extra space I dealt mainly with the office staff in setting everything up, this time I had their support but was directed to online options to make things easier. I set up my acct and locked in my unit online. Also made payments and scheduled move out online. It was so simple and every time I had any questions or concerns Azucena, and her staff were available to answer my questions. I even got a follow up on every call or request asking how things went if there was anything else needed just checking on me. This company is very professional and the perfect example of superior customer service!! This month April 2022 I just closed out my unit because I built myself storage, but if I ever need storage again, I will drive to this facility because it is the one best in inland empire. Overall the place was clean and the service was great. Only thing I didnt like was that there is no air conditioning in side the units.

This facility has gone downhill under new management. I have stored my fifth wheel here for 14 years. The electrical dolly is always dead when we come to return our fifth wheel. This is the third time and six days later its still dead! Why bother paying $200 a month for something you can't use!!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Liars!! And theft!!! I recently moved my things here, and with two months I had all my stuff stolen out of my storage. Management did not do anything but give me a free lock, when I asked how long my unit was without a lock they did not know. They only have cameras at the entrances not on all the units. They even told me there has been many break ins lately. In my opinion this was an inside job. read more

When we first called about the unit, we were told the ceilings were 17' high, come to find out they are only 12' high. They really tried to push the insurance and told us it was REQUIRED, when in fact they later they let us waive it. {after much complaining, and questioning whether this was even LEGAL} Then after just being their 4 months, we just got a price hike of almost 10%. Which by the way is over 26% of what they are currently advertising the same unit for now. Unbelievable!!! We are already looking for another unit. I regret moving in this storage facility, it has been one headache after another. Though I will say the staff has been nice and the unit is clean. They also have gate hours until 10pm, which we loved. But if you go to their web-site they have all 5 star ratings, but if you notice no ratings since 2012. Which given the plethora of complaints on other sites, and if you go to Consumer Affairs site there is TONS of complaints with the same issues of bait and switch and other unfair and questionable policies and procedures. I have rented with Extra space before the management is helpful and friendly. The storage units are exactly as advertised. They are clean and some are air conditioned. My only concern is the gate. For some reason it take a long time to get started, it is my only issue. read more

i went online and made a reservation for a 5x5 unit and called myself and spoke to a rebeca and lety as i'm on the phone with them discussing fees and details like hours of operation another person walks in and lety rents them out the very unit i was on the phone getting details for and getting ready to come in and reserve!!! i also went online and reserved the unit myself personally using my email and cell phone number and rebeca starts telling me on the phone how i have to have to pay $15 more on top of the $40 every month to insure $500 worth of crap i am storing in a 5 by 5 unit. this place is shady and its methods of operation are very questionable and they treat potential customers like crap! they should be ashamed about lying to existing customers and potential customers and forcing them and coercing them into buying their insurance. You don't have too!!! There is no law that states that!!' Your homeowners insurance policy covers it already!! They just want to make more money off people!!! Guess what?? I rented a space at a different place and I pay not no monthly insurance! They lie! read more
