What I remembered was a dish with a light, delicious sauce that perfectly blended Caribbean and Chinese flavors, with generous portions of tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken. Unfortunately, the meal I received was nothing like I remembered. The lo mein contained small, hard pieces of chicken, the noodles were overcooked, and that signature sauce was nowhere to be found. Instead, the dish was extremely dry and tasted almost entirely of soy sauce. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it away. It's disappointing to see so many restaurants raising prices while portions shrink and quality declines.
