From the outside, it's not very impressive. The rest of the mini-mall it's in was kind of sad when I first found it. (It's slowly filling in and looking better.) But inside, it's Freshco like I know and love it: lots of selection, usually decent prices, clean, and with helpful (if not particularly outgoing) staff. I just tonight I went there only to find half the store blocked off for cleaning - and to be told that, produce, bread, etc. would not be available for several hours - so in fact they are not open 24 hours - some random part of the store is open 24 hours while they close the rest for cleaning. In spite of the falsely advertised 24 hour opening, I will never go again. This is an overpriced establishment 24 hours per day (when they can be bothered selling to customers at all), and I will wait for normal hours to shop elsewhere in future.
