He then walked straight back to the meat department. Customer service is awful. Self-checkout is the only option and it is poorly attended. Three days ago it took my wife and I 25 minutes to check out 3 items because the self-checkout kept malfunctioning and nobody was readily available to help us. After multiple visits I have only encountered one employee that was barely civil (service desk) and everyone else no matter what time of day has been very pleasant. And I have shopped during all shifts between 6am and 10pm on weekdays and during the weekend. I also like the fact this chain is employee owned. And they stock my favorite brand of bacon - Kunzler.i despise grocery shopping normally but I can definitely tolerate, and perhaps enjoy, shopping in this clean, uncluttered, friendly store.

Right away, I noticed how friendly the staff was--several team members greeted me as I made my way through the store, which made for a really welcoming experience. The highlight of my visit was meeting Tina in the water aisle. I was browsing the different options when she struck up a conversation and shared her recommendation for Mountain Valley Spring Water. She explained some of the differences between products and talked about what makes Mountain Valley Spring Water unique. I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable she was and how excited she seemed to help customers find the right fit for them. It's always nice to run into employees who really know their products and enjoy helping people. Tina definitely made my first Sprouts visit a memorable one. I'll be back to check out more of what the store has to offer!

I was told by one of the stockers that they wanted to put like items together. Not a bad idea however when you have pickles mixed in with the cereal, oil mixed in with dog food, just random boxes placed on the shelf it makes no sense at all! The store used to be very clean and nicely organized. It is now a total disaster. It's a very unpleasant shopping experience, the only things that remain the same where are the items around the entire perimeter the rest is a nightmare. LOVE LOVE this store PLEASE bring back the Aldi's we knew and loved!

Milk spills and thrown paper towels made it feel like I was walking through an obstacle course trying hard not to step in any trash piles. Gross. A great meat selection. It literally had everything I needed. But the drive, the trash, the lack of organic produce will keep me far far away.

After reading the box more closely, it clearly stated that the ointment should not be used for eyes. When I spoke to the pharmacist on duty the next day, she said she wasn't there so she didn't know why that happened. No ownership, no apology, no concern that their pharmacist advised using a skin cream as a substitute for an eye ointment. If anything, she was irritated that she had to talk with me. CVS pharmacy needs to take its responsibility a little more seriously and pay attention to what they're doing.

Their breakfast items aren't too bad, depending on what you get, and their potato wedges are quite good - I like them best cold for some reason. Anyway, we haven't had any problems at this Royal Farms from what I can remember.
