AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The WORST TIFFIN SERVICE that I have ever tried. Their food was extremely oily. The potato was UNBOILED and NOT-EDIBLE. There are no masalas or taste in any of the curries. I took the 5 item Thali (Veg for myself and non-veg for my partner) both were extremely bad, we just could not eat it. The EXCESSIVE OIL from the curries leaked through the containers and spread across the plastic bag as well. On contacting the customer care, they made me wait about 2 days just to talk to different people for 5 minutes and then they hang up saying "This is the most we can do, now you have to send an email". When asking for a partial refund (6 days worth money for two thalis) they reply "our terms and conditions do not allow it", despite the food being absolutely below the standard. Food also arrived COLD and the curries were WATER-like consistency. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. NOT NUTRITIOUS plus you will be ruining your health with the oil amounts. read more

Stale food, poor hygiene, bad quality, terrible customer service, and never refunded a single penny for the cancelled subscription. I ordered 10 tiffins. The first 3 tiffins smelled bad, so I threw it out. When asked to cancel subscription and refund, they asked me to try the food another day. I tried and ended up sick with food poisoning. It has been a month and I never got my money back. They do not respond to calls and messages. It was a complete waste of money, time and energy, just to end up sick. The food was flavourful and full of great seasoning! My personal favourite was the Kathi Roll and Fried Momos. The Kathi Roll is one of their speciality and it is so delicious The Strawberry Mars Milkshake is a MUST, super creamy and scrumptious I would not recommend the Rose refresher if you are looking for something sweet. This is the WORST tiffin service in the city - Stay away. The food is mediocre and the customer service is the absolute worst. They missed packed my items and replied - 'it happens'. The food was so oily when unpacking the bag. Then they lied when I requested a refund about when I would receive it and gave the incorrect amount and asked me how much it should have been. What a ridiculous company. They didn't even ask for specific feedback on the issues, any respectable business would want to know. I had to ask for them to apologize for their incompetence. Let me start with the positive - the food tastes better than a couple of other food delivery apps. It's a little oily, but manageable. But their logistics and administration is pathetic. You order something and receive something totally different. "Lunch" doesn't get delivered till 5:30-6pm, although they say that they service GTA. Sometimes lunch doesn't get delivered at all and at the last minute you need to either order something else from restaurants or cook yourself. They are wasting such a good opportunity. read more

I tried them when they were new almost two years ago. The food was OK at the beginning but progressively got much worse. They sent me rotten salad which was literally oozing and brown and told me it's fine. This salad was prepared a week before and put in a zip lock. Also left the cores on tomatoes. The curries seemed to come straight out of a can or ready mix packs from India. Would never deal with again, it's a miracle I didn't get food poisoning. The website is pretty shabby with difficult to navigate tabs. Once you book with a discount, they won't even accept discount coupons on the site. The food they delivered was cold and okayish. The unprofessionalism is later displayed during delivery and on phone asking for more money and calling names!!! (can't even say those).
