The facility is bright, clean, and modern -- it doesn't feel clinical or cold, which really helped ease my usual anxiety. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly great at what they do. Scheduling was super simple, and I was able to get in without a long wait, which is such a rare win these days. While I was there, communication was clear and consistent, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Dr. Diamond really listened. I've been trying to get to the bottom of some ongoing health concerns, and for the first time in a long time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful.
