Half of the food on the shelves is expired. It's too stressful to have to keep checking expiration dates. Their deli is the worst. They have one girl working the deli counter and she ignores you. She had a big order of sandwiches. I was the only person waiting for her. She just ignored me with no explanation. No communication with the customers. I just got potatoes salad and it was spoiled the same day. The produce and meats are a gamble. I've gave them multiple chances but enough is enough. I'm only going there if I need cat food or maybe a case of water. It's a shame because the cashiers are all very nice. I hate ever giving bad reviews but it's time after too many bad experiences. read more

This supermarket is terrible. They'll have a sale but on items but when it's all done which is usually the next day after the sale starts, they don't restock the product. They won't give you a raincheck until the final day of the sale. Make sure you check the date especially on bread, milk, and cheese as they tend to have expired dates. The meats such as The steaks be expired and brown but they'll put "Manager's Special" sticker and make it cheaper so that they can get rid of it. The only thing you're better is buying from there is ice, kool-aid packs, cold cuts from the deli, and beer. I would much rather go to the Food Universe in Dreiser Loop as their meats are much fresher and they have a quick turnaround better selection or Stop and Shop! read more

There products is mostly expired. If you need help . Good luck on that. Most the employees in there are not knowledgeable where things are. The cold cuts\ hold plates section is deplorable and there is a older Latino Dominican employee that works behind the cold cuts \ hold plates area, and he is rude and very sarcastic. The manager who his name is Junior. He's a joke as manager. I just go there for basic items and I make sure to inspect the product for expiration dates and to make sure it's not open. read more

The store was renovated three years ago. It is clean and well-stocked. Unfortunately, I have had to return four items the past three months either because it was expired or the item has been opened. I will only shop there for the basics. The veggies are not fresh and you should definitely check dates on the packaged/bagged greens. My husband and I were in there the other day we wanted to buy yogurt. Most of them expired well over a week ago. I had to return a jar of Badilla garlic in olive oil b/c the foil under the cap was already opened. I had hopes for a decent supermarket in the community. Where to start? okay got it. Start by going somewhere else to shop. So many reasons. Believe it or not these are just a few problems you have shopping there. 1- They charge you $10 for delivery, and usually out of 20 items. You get this. 2-3 expired items, and not just recently expired. 2- They have a tendency to apply WHITE OUT to many dairy items, or stick a price sticker (without a price) to cover the dates. 3- A lot of their deli department meat is mis-sliced, or pasty. Like it has been there for a while. Most items advertised for sale, are not there. They do not get them delivered. And try to bait and switch things. Figuring you would just buy something. 4- They give no rain checks, because they'll never get the item. I know better, than to ask. 5- This place is controlled by Key Food. Who know the problems and just look away. Which says a lot about that company too. 6- They intentionally overcharge seniors ( that do not realize) and legally blind persons (who can not see the receipt). Those receipts by the way, are so light -they are hard to read. 7- They will give you a hard time, every time -especially when the item is old, or rotten. read more

I just move the aria so happy with coop-city but this place out off a world , I ever wonder if any city inspecter comes and check this place , pretty much you have to look every product you are going to be purchase make sure it's not expires , 10 out off 3 any product I try to purchase it's expire ( double check the dairy product before purchasing) , it not over yet what prize you are going to see on the self it will be change when you hit the register ,you have to be open your eyes and ears when you at the check out and last thing you should not do try to talk to with manager because he is a useless person , I try to purchase a 12 pack can soda witch is prize tag was $3,99 on the shelf , when I get the register prize be come $5,99 I told the young lady it's wrong she call the manager he walk to the self come back with new prize at $4,99 I was pertly up set , I take him to the self and show him the prize tag , he told me it's wrong tag and remove the tag pls take a look at the picture and tell me guys do I need a glasses?
