Pineapples have roaches crawling all over them and when I spoke to a store associate they told me pick a different one

Food quality, terrible service quality, terrible. I will never come back to the nasty store , store associate didn't even show empathy, or gave a apology

Why we can't have a clean and full of products in our store :-(

I love my community but this so sad that the owner of this grocery store can't keep up with merchandise and that our community doesn't have a clean and healthy grocery shop for our community

Only refunded $42.99 When I was due a refund of $95.15
    Monica W.

SCAM ALERT! Check your receipt before leaving. I was charged for the customers groceries ahead of me because the cashier DARLENE V. failed to properly complete the transaction before me. Darlene V. proceeded to scan my groceries and my total was $236.88. I was shocked, but with inflation I was like whatever. It was only after she handed me my receipt that I caught the mistake. I immediately bought this to her attention for her to correct the mistake. Darlene ask me to give her a moment as she proceeds to go in the store to pick up the items that are on the receipt to rescan them in order to give me a refund. In my mind I was like just void the transaction and rescan my items no big deal. However, I don't work at the grocery store so I don't know the standard protocol. 15 minutes later she is back at the register and processed the refund in the amount of $42.99. I said thank you and walked out to my car to put away my groceries. I looked at my receipt again and realized that she only refunded half the amount that was due to me are you serious right now. WTF! I went back in store and at this time I spoke with the assistant manager by the name of AlFREDO V. who further assists me. I ask him for the name of the cashier who Checked me out and his response and I quote "HER NAME IS ON THE RECEIPT ". Now I have to woosah, because that was just flat out rude. Why an attitude when I didn't do anything wrong. I'm watching him as he is calculating the remaining refund and I make a comment to Alfredo like that's almost another $30 that she failed to refund me. His response was NO it's like $15. Well guess what after he did all the calculations the additional refund that was due to me was in the amount of $52.16. WTF! I'm sorry but that's a major F-up. Long story short please pay attention to your receipts. I have a feeling this is an ongoing scam they running at the store . Especially when Darlene told me the customer whose groceries I paid for was a regular and is in the store once a week. I have posted my receipts below. Just sad that we cannot go into our own neighborhood store without being scammed by employees with funky ass attitude. Alfredo really rubbed me the wrong way and needs to be referred back to training on how to deal with unsatisfied customers. I hope this helps my fellow neighbors SIDE NOTE: Please also watch how many bag they are charging you for. I was charged for 12 bags and only received 6. I know it's only $.10 per bag, but if they are doing this to every customer and multiply that times 365 day that are in a year we are talking a lot thousands

So I buy these slabs of ribs and the butcher gives me a hard time about cutting them up. I dont understand why? I bought them!
    Sam T.

Why did the butcher give me a hard time because I wanted them to slice the ribs that i had purchased? I bought them so why are you mad? I dont understand. Feeling frustrated!

Why god curses me to have to use the rest room here...... .. It smells like sweage. Im guessint the employees have their own. It is ALWAYS like this

    Added the trucks.

I never can say I've had an issue here. I come here all the time and have for years. And now thanks to ignorance and racism at El Super I get my kids cakes here too. Only thing I don't like is the 3lbs Turkey, Jennie O, sometimes has bones or something in it. Bleh! I try to stay away on the first cuz the lines are outrageous! People sometimes have double baskets. But it's like this is all the markets. I usually go on fridays before 2pm, or even weekends about that time. Or later. Anyhow, I've been getting my kids bday cakes here for some time and these ladies always out do themselves. I thought we'd have an issue and I'd have to go somewhere else to get a cake for my son. They really collaborated and worked with me. We used the roads from the Cars theme cake, and a beach from the Nemo theme cake. They made it chocolate and instead of nuts, but Oreo to make the dirt. Sand dunes became dirt dunes!! These ladies rock! They made that sell, and my day! My son was ecstatic when I added the vehicles I got from Walmart. Thank you ladies so much!!

I went to Zion Market with my mom on Sunday afternoon, March 15th. I had just come back from going…read moreout and ran into my mom in front of the elevator, and she asked me to go to the market with her. But honestly, this place is absolutely terrible and horrible. Both my mom and I agreed that we will never come back here again. My mom had come to get a refund because one of the pears she bought the day before was completely rotten. The market manager refunded $2 to her credit card, which was fine. The real problem started after that. When my mom was trying to drive out of the parking lot, the gate bar went up after scanning the parking ticket, but then suddenly came crashing down. If my mom hadn't quickly backed up, it could have hit her car. The bigger issue was that after that, the gate bar never went back up again. Cars behind us had to use another exit nearby. My mom, who was very shaken, went to ask the market manager what to do, but she said she didn't know. (At first, I stayed in the car and had to tell the cars behind us to use the other exit because the gate was not working). I was very upset when I heard that, so I went inside and asked the manager for the building management's contact number. She gave me a number, but when I called, the person who answered kept saying she couldn't find the address even after I repeated it more than ten times. Eventually, she told me they no longer manage that building. So I asked her to provide the contact number for the property management that handles the building, and she gave me another number. but it led to an automated system. After selecting the emergency option, a man answered, but even after I clearly spelled out "Zion" multiple times (Z as in Zebra, I as in Ice cream, O as in Oscar, N as in Nancy), he still couldn't understand and then told me that they no longer manage the building and hung up. We arrived at the market around 5 PM and didn't get out until 7 PM. No one helped us at all. After the call, I went back to the market manager again, but she still said she didn't know anything. It made me so angry--how can a manager not even know the property management contact for the building they work in? I also have low blood sugar, so when I get hungry, I start shaking. I ended up buying a piece of bread from the Paris Baguette inside the market. I didn't have cash with me, so I had to pay $3.50 with my card, but thankfully, the staff there was very kind. In the end, my brother had to come all the way from Burbank to get a new parking ticket for us so we could finally get out--after two hours. If he hadn't come, we might have been stuck there even longer or had to abandon the car. Thinking about it now still makes me extremely angry. The customer service is terrible, the building management is a mess, and there was no security at all. I never want to come back to this place. We spent two hours there, from 5 PM to 7 PM, completely wasting our time. Because of this, I couldn't do anything I had planned for the rest of the afternoon and evening. It was an absolute nightmare. My mom was also very upset and couldn't believe a place like this exists. FYI) Every time I come to this market, there is absolutely no cell phone signal., which is another major downside.

It's called Canyon Coffee, but the menu has a rotating selection of espressos, so I'm assuming. The cashier ladies are nice, a bit slow, but there's a seating area so you're not in a long line while a bunch of people wait next to you. They always close the hot foods early so if you need to customize any drinks or order a matcha first, be sure to go to the espresso station and then the cashier station, before purchasing groceries. Better than Lazy Acres/Bristol Farms. L.A. G&C blends in beautifully with the community the market with space set up for craft collabs and the holiday fair, and integrates nuances as distinguishable as Erewhon's, but defines its offering apart from other markets. I also happened to pick up some good protein shakes on sale there as well as noted some other staples that I would find in big chain supermarkets. I found the aisles to be well stocked. Prices everywhere are going up so I wouldn't say this is the cheapest place to shop but for what you get it's not bad, and if you are looking to get a variety of what you need for Asian cooking this is a good spot for it. Service was quick and friendly at the register as this no frills and casual market. There is a parking garage behind the grocery as part of the mall but it can get crowded on weekends so if you're lucky you can find street parking but watch for street signs and some areas and streets are not in the best neighborhoods adjacent so be wary of your surroundings.

I asked her how things worked and she explained it all. The kefir/kombucha bottles are $4 for 16 oz and they have 3 of each on tap. I asked Marcy about one before realizing everything had a QR code and you can easily pull up the ingredients and descriptions/directions for each item. I'm getting away from plastics and this place scratches me right where I itch! They sell just about anything you can imagine! I was so impressed w the selection! They even have produce and fresh sourdough bread! The day old is 50% off and I'm so mad I was in a pinch and had to buy store bought bread, otherwise I would've tried it today. I can't say enough. Even the music was fire and I was shazaming and jamming. Shower gels, body care, non seed oils, baking mixes, laundry pods and things you see in bulk at like Sprouts, but the quality and sourcing seems to be better. Some items don't need jars and they sell paper bags for .10 each. I did a kombucha/kefir tasting. Marcy brought these steel bowls over. No waste at all! If you drink the POG kefir soda at Erewhon and love it, try it here! It's made w fruit and is noticeably better! And POG there is my fave. Just try it at Re_!!! So when I was checking out I asked Marcy about being more prepared and bringing my own glasses next time. They've thought of everything!!!! There's iPads and scales in the front of the store. They weigh your empty containers and give you a sticker with the tare weight and then subtract it from the weight at the end! Revolutionary! They add 3% for the employees. I should've added more. Marcy was amazing and worth it. I'm honestly not big on tipping everyone for just breathing but if all the employees are like Marcy, they are worth way more than 3%! If you sign up you get 100 points instantly, $1 = 1 pt, and at 200 pts you get $10! It's not hard to spend in places like this but it's beyond worth it. I keep seeing things about the harms of plastic and don't get me started on all the other crap in our food. I foresee this as a new staple in my diet and home. They even have cleaning products! I'm getting my spices here from now on too! I'm a fan and I'll be back! Thank you Marcy and to the owners that had this amazing idea!
