Contacted this caterer for a special event at my residence and am grossly disappointed with the customer service. I can't speak to the food since they probably decided that my event was too small to be bothered with.
June 26, 2021 - called after hours and left a message
June 29, 2021 - called during business hours because I never got a call back; left another message
June 29, 2021 - Xander called me back soon after I followed up on the message I left a few days prior. We talked about my event and all the details surrounding it. At first it seemed like they weren't available, but as we talked, it seemed that they were? Anyway, Xander did say that he had phone connection/reception issues and took my information to email me more about my event. As we were finishing up the call, I wanted to recap the details we discussed at which time the call dropped. I called him back on the number he called me on and there was no answer - connection/reception issues, right? So, I called the business number and left a message.
July 4, 2021 - Still no call back or email from them.
It's quite disappointing to have high hopes for a highly rated caterer (per Google), only to be ghosted like this.
Anyway, if the event I had was too small and not worth their time, Xander could have simply let me know from the beginning. read more
