We started at the front then split up looking at shoes in different areas of the store. I found a pair I liked. After close to 30 minutes I was ready to go. We left the store and headed home. When I got there I ordered them from the online store. Why didn't I buy them at the outlet? Because the entire time we were in the store not a single employee acknowledged us. No, the store was not crowded. No, they can't say they didn't see us. Yes, were both in close proximity of multiple employees. I hope it was not due to our race. My first thought is that they need customer service training.

When I went, there was a line, but after I meandered around the shopping center, it had dissipated. What awaited me was a small store with a limited selection. Fitting rooms are apparently not a thing during corona, so shopping doesn't take long. They've made their return policy more generous to compensate, but if you can't try stuff on it makes me wonder what the point of a brick and mortar shop is, a question being asked worldwide right now.
