I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. They didn't have my exact shoe size for the shoe I wanted in stock so she ordered it online and it will be here on Monday.
