I was his test subject without having full knowledge of his true experience and Novant Hospital had allowed this to continue plus I was suppose to go home with 15 pain meds which I never received and could have used after surgery. I strongly advise to use Atrium Healthcare which is the better choice. Novant is the worse I have ever experienced.

They do have a canteen that serves meals and refreshments. It is an amazing, very systematized version of self-serve as you enter your order into a computer screen and then sit down and wait. A server will find you and bring you your order. But make sure you order everything at one time. Everything is separate: biscuit, sausage gravy, sausage patty, coffee. I received my meal but had not ordered coffee. I asked the server for it and she just pointed to the computer screen and, yes, I had to enter their system to order a cup of coffee. A good place to sit and read while you munch, waiting for your family member to complete their medical item.

Under him i had the worst Ulcerative Colitis flare up mainly because I went through Colonoscopy prep in two consecutive weeks. Because i messed up the prep first week. His judgement was totally wrong that it was some kind of infection as the swab test came negative. All this pushed me away from doing any kind of preps for flex or colonoscopy with him in few months. He did not liked that and also did not try to discuss with me and cancelled the dr-patient agreement, citing I am not following the policies. Now 3 months after not seeing him, and taking care of UC through a naturopath, i am at much better place in terms of recovery than i was with him. GI specialists seems only know mesalamine, steriods and finally biologics for UC and colonoscopy, which i did not want to follow and found the solutions outside of this. Summary: with Ulcerative Colitis if your GI is not talking about the role of diet, stress and lifestyle change the doctor.

I absolutely love my primary care doctor, Enrico Belgrave. He is very thorough and thoughtful, a good communicator, always listens to my concerns and answers my questions patiently. I've probably asked some silly ones, but he has never acted like it, and takes what I say seriously. He's an excellent doctor with great skills, knowledge and experience. He's also just a good man. Let me start with...I was traveling through the area on a long distance road trip when my allergies…read moreturned into a full blown sinus infection. The pain was making it difficult to focus on the task at hand..driving. So i grabbed a hotel with my dogs. Tried to find an urgent care near where I was staying however everything closed at 8pm. I called a friend who once lived in the area and he recommended this place. So got up early and made it to their office by 8:30 am only to discover a full parking lot. Long story short, they had me in and out in 45 mins. Mind you the waiting room was packed but this place was crazy efficient. I walked out and went to get my prescription filled nearby. All before I had to check out of my room with my dogs!!! This place is great!!! Highly recommended
