The levels of intellectual irresponsibility and insensitivity practiced here could cost you your life, or at the very least, greatly degrade its quality. Behind their exaggerated, fake pleasantries -- there exists nothing but cold, calculated, profit driven, self protective motivations. This practice has let me down repeatedly, in ways which have permanently damaged my well being. Dr. Larsen is retiring, and the replacement is Dr.Ho. first…read morevisit with the new doctor, was for a diabetic checkup. everyone knows a diabetic check up includes an examination of feet, as they are a special concern for Diabetic patients. the new doctor made me come in to reissue a Lyrica prescription Dr. Larsen has approved for over 5 years. Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen. Not sure what much you could ask for in a doctor's office! I love it here and recommend 10/10. I greatly appreciate the respect this establishment has for their patients time. The physicians and staff here are thoroughly friendly, professional and top notch! I like the automated call the day prior to your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the bathrooms are "pristine." They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.

There were two people in front of us when we arrived. The initial check in time told us our wait time was going to be about an hour. We ended spending close to three hours there. Two hours waiting. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly enough. It was just super slow. Cheaper than going to the ER but I would rather not spend that much time waiting in Urgent care.
