I called to speak to the billing manager Marife, who as per CAROLYN SEYLER was not in the office and I can call back tomorrow. Therefore, I spoke with CAROLYN SEYLER who just wanted me to pay without any explanation! CAROLYN SEYLER was yelling and said she couldnt explain the bill. When I told her I was told they could assist with breaking down the bill she continued yelling I advised her that shes being unprofessional and then she hangs up on me! How professional! Besides being rude and unprofessional CAROLYN SEYLER is obviously incompetent. I regret going to this office. I should know what I am paying for. Take my advise and do NOT support this business. I received a call from Marife who stated she is working from home today. Marife explained everything to me specifically that I haven't been charged the insoles at this time, the percentage my insurance covers and that I have to pick them up first then they submit to the insurance company. I made the payment on the balance she confirmed my email which was incorrect she stated she would make the corrections and would emailed me my receipt. I then advised her of what had occurred Marife stated she would speak to the doctor regarding my concerns. The customer service was the total opposite of what I received from CAROLYN SEYLER.
