I had a 10-minute virtual consultation with a physician from Genesis Orthopaedic & Spine all the way back in August 2020 during the height of covid. Paid my $50 co-pay. I have health insurance that covers visits like this. THREE YEARS later, starting in 2023, I started receiving bills in the mail from them for $800. Each time I called, I was told that it was a mistake and that it would be taken care of. But the bill kept coming each month. Finally, today I received a letter informing me that they sent it to COLLECTIONS. They record their phone calls, so I am sure I'll be able to show that they told me that it would be taken care of, but I thought that the general public should know that this place obviously does not have their 'stuff' together, and their word cannot be trusted. read more

Good doctor (but he has since left) but the office staff are terrible. Didn't request my records in advance (twice), never called me back when promised, kept me waiting in a treatment room for 40 minutes. Really nothing went smoothly in my dealings with them over 6 months or so, and it cost far more than it should have. I don't think they are liars I think they are just incompetent. Worst medical office possible. Lie about whether they participate in your insurance & then bill extraneous charges that are fraud. Doctor is decent, but the orthopedist & Pt both bill like this. Front desk is clueless. Save yourself the headache and go to Dr. Krell across the street. read more

Went to see Dr. Chopra since my right knee was bothering me. It was locking up and causing me discomfort when doing summer water sports so I figure I get it checked out. They first did a x - ray which was done in house. Afterward, Dr. Chopra took a look at my knee and assessed my options. He recommended an MRI to find out what is really going on. Did the MRI a week later at University Radiology and had a follow up appt. On my follow up after the MRI, Dr. Chopra discovered a tear in my meniscus. Glad I did the MRI. Dr. Chopra recommended PRP and also a knee brace as well. I held off on the PRP since I had a trip coming up. So far so good on my trip. The brace is holding up well and I've been able to walk pain free through the streets of Taiwan for 9-10 hours. Awesome stuff. I'll update after my PRP treatment. read more

I am so glad I found Dr. Chopra. I had shoulder pain and was recommended surgery by another surgeon but I was hesitant. Thankfully I was to recommended to Dr. Chopra and he helped heal my shoulder. Extremely disappointed with Dr Patel. After having an appointment with him, he failed to contact me to follow up. He told me the office would be contacting me but left no notes, including no medical note in chart a week after I'd seen him, to reflect what we'd discussed regarding a surgery referral or attempting another epidural. When we finished appt, he stated he'd try an epidural with nerve block but I could not reach him again. It would have helped of he'd entered required notes into computer regarding me and my appointment. I am extremely disappointed. read more

What an awful experience trying to pay my bill ... you call and get a voicemail ... you call and you get disconnected ... you call and get transferred to the wrong dept ... Obviously the billing department has NO CLUE on how to run a professional office! I had a visit with Dr. Chopra for my elbow. I have seen other doctors with no luck but Dr. Chopra addressed my complaint and gave me a cortisone injection and I already feel immense relief. I appreciate that Dr. Chopra explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure that I was pain free. From the moment you walk into his office you are greeted by his kind staff members and notice the clean decor of his office. I love the modern tech that he utilizes and the fact that he has tvs in each room. I was also impressed with the x-ray that he did on the spot.
