The staff are always friendly, and Dr. Jantz is very knowledgeable about his practice. When I had my ingrown nails taken care of, the only bad part was the needles to numb my toes. One of the worst pains you will ever experience in your feet. Otherwise, he accepts insurance, he's super personable, and the overall experience is usually pleasant.

His caring and attentiveness was obvious from the very start. With an aggressive schedule of therapy (which he thoroughly explained) and use of custom orthotics (which he masterfully crafted) I am virtually pain-free today. I only wish I had found him before suffering for seven years with excruciating foot pain and unbelievable expense trying every suggestion in the books. It should never take this long. They were no good, so I had to send them back to be redone. Here it is, the end of Sept. and they finally came in. Almost no arch support. I had to make the decision - take these and go some place else next year so insurance covers some of it again or send them back a 2nd time and wait another 2-4 months for new ones and hope they're good. I took possession of these and I'll find a new Dr. next year. When I would call for the status of my inserts they would either give me the run around or say they'll call me back and never would. I would think twice about going here. My Dr. was good until he joined this group. The funny thing is, if you screw them, they come at you with the fullest extent of the law. Got a call a few days later - they forgot to charge for the boot. I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the original charges, was told I'd receive a callback. None. Next? An email telling me that they didn't have masks and if we didn't wear our own, we would be turned away. A few days later, email from Dr. Patrick McEneaney arrived, apologizing and reversing the very terse warning we had received. Clincher? Called to reschedule the followup exam and was told the original followup date somehow wasn't entered into their books. Denoument: Done. Not going back. Even great doctors, mismanaged, are bad.
