Michelle, who was at the front desk, was so nice and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. I was actually a little nervous since I had never been to a podiatrist before. Once I got into the room, a nurse asked me some questions and took an X-ray of the foot that was bothering me. She was very kind and did a great job as well. When Dr. Bochat came in, she had such a great bedside manner and really made me feel comfortable. I am usually the biggest baby when it comes to pain, but given my situation, I asked her what the best course of action would be to get me back to normal as quickly as possible. She recommended a shot in my foot, stretching exercises, and orthotics. Because of the trust she built right away, I said, "Okay, let's do it." And this is coming from someone who has dodged a routine blood test because I am so afraid of needles and pain. She was open and honest and let me know the shot would not be fun, but that it would give me relief. Right now, I am just waiting for them to speak with my insurance to see what will be covered for my orthotics, and I plan to head back as soon as I can to get that process started. I would absolutely recommend this practice to my friends if they ever needed a podiatrist.

I have Physical Therapy 3 times a week.... everyone that sees these comments, that I was ripped off... look very cheaply made..... . Sad, sad, Customer Service.
