It's nice to see what they have to offer when we come to visit. I'm not into flashy so the well known pattern doesn't appeal to me but I can appreciate it for its classy look. Nothing appealed to me this visit but awhile back I did get a purse from here. A black grained leather crossbody with a detachable strap to use as a clutch with the iconic gold logo before their redesign. I'm glad I got it before they updated because it's a piece of history and the brand that I would see and appreciate. I've had it for a couple years now and can say that with proper care it still looks brand new. And the Burberry dust bag is probably the highest quality from the other designers that I have. They also almost always have a line so prepare yourselves especially in the summer. read more

I have always been a fan of the Burberry signature check pattern which signifies luxury and craftsmanship. Burberry was founded in 1856 by 21-year-old Thomas Burberry in Basingstoke, England, He revolutionized the fashion industry in 1879 with the invention of breathable, weatherproof gabardine. The brand is known for their iconic trench coat developed for WWI followed by the signature check pattern introduced in the 1920's. I discovered this Burberry outlet in the Colonade, the luxury discount row on the outside of Sawgrass Mills mall. I was shopping for a new purse and stopped in to see what they had. Once you pass security you can peruse their clothes and accessories. Even though you can save hundreds of dollars I just can't justify it for my budget. a discounted purse is around $700. I came to the mall to find a bag. While I went into most of the designer stores at the luxury outlets area. We found exactly what I was looking for at Burberry. We did have to wait on line to be let it, but once we were in the store. No one rushes us. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I must have touched every bag, and I even had a face time call with my sister, and no one bothered me. The store was very neat and organized. Nothing out of place! Sales associates are very good at keeping everything organized and all sizes in order. All in all, a nice and easy shopping experience. read more

I went to the outlets over the weekend because I wanted to get a nice bag that wasn't going to break the bank. I've always loved Burberry and there was a line to get in but I fumigated it would be worth it. We waited online for over 30 minutes. When We got to the door and we were able to see and there was nobody that we could see. Finally they let me and my husband in and there was only two other couples in the entire store. So with me and my husband it was a total of six shoppers that were allowed in the store with two or three employees! So you can imagine after waiting outside in 90° weather in the sun and finally getting into the store what a disappointment it was to find out that they mark up their MSRP and then mark it down off of their made up, inflated retail price. The one item had an MSRP of $1090 and they were selling it for $1040. Hardly what I would consider an outlet price. When I first moved to FL, spring of 2008 this store used to have some nice sales. It continued with great promotions and sales until 2014 or so. A few years ago they did a big remodel of the store then their promo prices at that time just became price point for example: spend at least $500 you get 20 -30 percent off etc. At certain times of the year they do provide additional in percentage wise. The 3 stars are not for the prices more for the lack of customer service or slowness of the employees. It's not a busy store but even one person in front of you, you wait forever. The quality of the product is great and always has been so. You will find timeless classics of Burberry at this location such as coats, jackets, scarfs, polos, handbags and so much more. If you like the Burberry brand then you wouldn't be disappointment because of the selection. This outlet store is located inside the sawgrass mall here in South Florida and at the Colonade section of the mall. To get to the store or you can just park in the ample parking lot of Sawgrass Mills and just walk to get to the store which is located near a food court. The prices here are cheaper than the regular store and the service is good. Everyone working here was wearing their mask at all times and trey had a security guy in the entrance making sure the capacity didn't surpassed the amount of people allowed inside. Also, they have antibacterial in the store. read more

As for a selection in men's clothing, it's rather scant; not whole lot to choose from. I would have certainly expected more but most of the area is taken up by women's wear and accessories. Burberry, as I am sure you know is an expensive line. However the quality of their goods top notch and you won't find any seconds or those of lesser quality in this outlet store. But, the prices are pretty steep and unless you've just been to a regular Burberry, difficult to determine how much any item is discounted. As I had recently been to one of their regular stores it appeared to me that all items within this outlet are not discounted the same, with some, such as shirts having been discounted more deeply than other items, such as belts, jeans or leather jackets. For women, I probably rate this store higher, but since was looking for men's wear and the selection being so scant, I can only go Three Stars. read more

Three people were standing behind the register and chatting when I came in to find a jacket. It was valentines weekend and there were 2 customers in the store. Me and an older couple. Pablo was helping everyone, running around getting whoever asked for sizes and being very attentive. The other three were just chatting it up. No worries, he'll get the commission. I tried on at least 16 jackets. Pablo was extremely helpful and treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I went for the jacket I did because I thought it was $600 - 20% off. After trying on over 16 jackets I ended up choosing a jacket they didn't have my size or color in. Pablo told me we could order it and ship it to my house. This jacket ended up being $700 instead. I was kind of pissed. But they said if I had a problem I could always come back and exchange it. I left pretty excited. I always wanted a trench ever since my dad owner one and still does to this day. Well 1 week later I get my tench in the smaller size and the beige color. I hate it. It's too big, and the color isn't a nice beige it looks dirty. So I bring it back. I end up choosing the first jacket I tried on. The $600 one. Turns out you can exchange but you don't get a refund. WTF? The girl who helped me wasn't Pablo this time (he was too busy), she was rude, wouldn't throw out the packaging I brought, said I had to throw it out outside ???? And than just rolled up the jacket and stuck it in the old Burberry bag I brought. So now I'm stuck with a gift card to a store that literally NOTHING IS LESS THAN $200. And I don't even like Burberry, just their coats. Ugh. So I leave and get home (45 min away) and realize wtf the jacket has no garnet bag or extra buttons. For $600 I should have absolutely got a garment bag and buttons!! I have been calling for 3 weeks, still no garnet bags. Burberry Customer service refuses to send me one, "Outlet" stores are supposedly different, yet my jacket was sold specifically in a Burberry RETAIL store. I went into a retail Burberry store, showed them my receipt and gift card, asked for a garment bag and they gave me the same BS "oh we have different garment bags sorry" THIS BRAND IS A RIPOFF. Their customer service is a rip-off. And no one should ever buy their stuff. They say I can use the gift card online and at the retail store but I can't get a garment bag there?? Go to Coach. I can go into coach ask for a dust bag anywhere and get one. I can ask for a cleaning anywhere and get one, I can ask for a new strap anywhere and get one. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. That's customer service. Coach has trench coats now. I'll just sell this jacket and gift card on eBay and be done with this brand. read more

The service was pretty good. They didn't force you into buying anything or followed you around like in other designer stores. But there's not much of a difference from the original prices to the discounted ones and some things aren't discounted at all. I got a white polo shirt that was originally $150 for $119 read more

This outlet store is located in Sawgrass Mall. There are usually some great buys here including rain coats, sweaters, shirts, purses etc. It's one of my W's favorite stores in South Florida. I usually park near the Crate and Barrel stores and walk east to the designer strip of stores. Parking is a problem so bring your tennis shoes since you can walk a 10K at this mall which includes the walk back to your parking space. Burberry-holics should make a pitstop here for this British plaid brand. This upscale outlet boutique carrys Burberry bags, with the traditional plaid design and the trendy pink plaid and blue plaid patterns here too. Just recently, I was there and saw prices ranging from on Burberry wallets for $100-200, bags for $150-$400, and cosmetic bags for $40-$100. They also carry their clothing line but nothing so trendy, just a regular ensemble of clothes for guys and girls. The classic trenches, scarves, hats, anoraks are here also. Customer service is terrible! The salesman walked away from me leaving me alone with a tray of wallets with no assistance when I was ready to pay. I rang up my item at one price, wasn't until I got home that I noticed the ticket price was actually less than it rang up. When I went back to question it the next day I was told the ticket was wrong, but they will "honor" it for me- as if they were doing me a favor. Told me to go wait in line for someone to issue my refund when I had already been on line to begin with! How else did I get to that person who assisted me in the first place?!?!
