I have a hockey jersey that I wanted embroidered with my main man NY Rangers goalie extraordinare #30 Henrik Lundqvist put on. For starters the 2 men that I dealt with were strictly business. No small talk, no smile just what do you need, this is the price, should be ready by this date and I'll give you a call when it's ready. The price I paid to have the jersey embroidered was not cheap, but honestly it came out really nice! The stitching and alignment of the letters and numbers were spot on! The jersey was ready in 3 days. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the "This is Strictly business" attitude with their customers. They weren't mean or nasty but cracking a smile and engaging in small talk just makes good business sense. I don't know call me old fashioned, but I was always taught "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!" I would still go back because the workmanship is solid and you get what you paid for. At the back of the store they run a clearance section that you can find pretty good deals in. $120 Roshes for $39.99. I'll take it any day of the week. I've ran into their booth at a sneaker convention where they carried clothing I didn't see at the shop. Of course I'd find an awesome sweatshirt carried by them at a convention of over 150 vendors. They just know how to reel me. Pretty cool to see them represent outside of their location. A+ for sneaker community finds.
