Customer service is terrible. To big to fail mentality. Sad. They have good prices but are deceptive avoid

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. One were for a special event. I paid $40 for express shipping to arrive at least a week before the event. The shoes ended up coming within the "free shipping" window but it is the holidays. The shoes arrived and the pair I needed was wrong. I contacted customer service and was fortunate enough to have Marianne assist me! While I was frustrated as it's a difficult time in life, she remained professional, courtesy and apologetic at all times regardless of my frustrations! While I was not able to find the shoes in time, She got the correct shoes sent out and also sent a good faith gesture for my troubles! She single handily changed my view on the company and turned a grumpy customer happy again! Thank you Marianne and I look forward to purchasing again in the near future! read more

One of the worst stores, Nike has to do a better job making sure retailers sell at retail prices. This store owner, and the store in Hempstead are ruining the sneakers community. manager Shaker sells all of his inventory to little kids in Hempstead. Ordered two different pairs of shoes on May 4th and still haven't shipped it's now June. . Gave them essentially a 1 month loan. They have some fake customer service named Kenny the whole thing is a joke. Everytime I reached out it was Kenny to tell me they're working on it. Forced me to charge back through my credit card because of no response and with no communication at all. In the times of Zadehkicks this company really makes me wonder. Beware. read more

Whole process of entering raffle, ordering and receiving/paying the invoice was easy. However follow up took forever. Paid invoice and no communication about a processed order until 2 weeks after and once I received the shoes, the contents seemed tampered with. Both left and right shoes had significant defects from paint in leather, undone stitching and gluing. Tongue was bent, tissue paper torn up. It looked like prior to shipping they "quality checked" the shoes and kept the decent pairs and shipped out ones with minor or significant defects. Won't order again. read more

Yeah do not mess with the store I ordered my girls some shoes for Valentine's Day they said they'd be here on time they never came and then when I asked for a refund they told me they call me back and I never got a call I did eventually got my refund from my bank but the way they handle their business is so bad. read more

A friend told me about GBs, so I took the F train out from Manhattan to the 169 stop, which is close to their 165th location - I really needed to try on pairs since I was looking to spend for Nikes. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday. Two weeks later I had not heard from them regarding a shipment. I contacted them and was told by someone named David my order would be shipped that day. Ten minutes later I get a email from Andy stating they are sorry they do not have the size I have requested but have reserved two other sizes for me to choose from. Why in the hell would I want to pay 150 for a pair of shoes that are not going to fit, idiots. I then asked for a refund. Negative Star Needed. First and Last time customer. Purchase 140$ sneakers on Tuesday. Realized I didn't get to use my Save10$ promo code so contacted them via chat. Andy ended the chat after a lots of silence. Therefore I had to chat again and third time was with someone who was dismissive and told me to wait for some department to review my request, who Never got back to me. Thursday emailed received about future delivery tracking info to be aVailable in 1-3business days. Then today on Saturday, day before Mother's Day another email received.. Thanking me for my order* and that the 140$ order I made is not available. I check to see if they had a half size bigger and the size I wanted is still on display. STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ORDERS!!! Ordered a pair of Nike Airmax 95 online. I called before ordering to make sure they had my size which they said they did. Paid the invoice through PayPal. After paying a week in advance 2 days before the shoes were supposed to ship they email me saying they are sorry but they no longer have my shoe size. I called an spoke to a manger who's said they are trying to get their systems together, they have orders from the website, the call center, from DM's and from the stores and they over sold the shoes, SORRY. How do you collect money without knowing that you can fill the order. Bad business practices. I will never by from this store again and I will definitely let my friends know not to either... Talked to the sweetest phone rep ever. Paid on a Saturday and received my order on a Wednesday. When I got the order the sneakers were the wrong size. Called again got a great person to help with my order. Paid to have sneakers sent back. Another pair of sneakers were to be sent to me. Check tracking and it was for 5 days from when they were promised called in cancelled the order and since then of more than 3 weeks I still have not received a refund. Horrible Service. read more
