We had to had them for a tux rental. They didn't even try to measure correctly so it was too big and had to be reordered. Then you must return your order the day after the even even if it is a Sunday, so if you bring it back Monday they charge you a fee. I've had to be in this store multiple times in the last week and they treat you like crap every single time. Sylvia is the only person in here who is helpful and their tailor does an excellent job but the rudeness by everyone else is ridiculous.
