Tracy greeted me at the door with a mask on, and you could still tell that she was smiling. (Great way to be greeted!) After browsing for a while a young man named Cory asked me if I needed any assistance and I asked his opinion on some shoes. He gave me some great opinions and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for my little girl. I decided on some sparkly, light up shoes. (My daughter loves them , she claims they make her run fast) Cory led me to the register when I was ready to check out where a young man named Michael checked me out. Very nice, great customer service from the whole crew. Clean, organized store, easy to navigate and staff is not overly pushy when you don't want to be bothered. (And everyone was wearing a mask, that's a win for me) Cute shoes and a lot of options. They have great socks too!

It was 8:58 and as my 5yr old daughter was opening the door, the cashier name "Jamie" literally locked the door on my daughters face!! Making her cry because the way she was treated. There was still customers inside so I waited for her to open the door to let them out, when she did I told her that what she did was very rude and disrespectful!!! How could she close the door on a little girl like that!! She said rudely that they closed at 9pm!!! First of all, it was 8:58!! And all she needed to do was to say they were closed, I would of understand, but the way she closed the door on my daughter's face was unacceptable!! I asked for her last name and she refused to tell me, I asked for a 1800# to file a complaint and she refused to give it to me! I asked for a store number and also denied to have one. Horrible experience over all! Will definitely find out the number to file a complaint and will Never buy shoes from that store again!

I followed where her finger pointed, but couldn't find anything; so I found a second lady that was straightening up and asked her. She said that they didn't even carry it.
