I came in for a pedicure and a deep French almond set, and my nails turned out sloppy, wide, and poorly shaped...they look nothing like a clean almond set. The acrylic is also very thin, which makes the quality even more concerning. The pedicure was just as bad. My toenails were cut and filed way too short, to the point where they're uncomfortable. What really upset me was the lack of professionalism. The owner/manager asked how I liked my nails, and when I spoke up about my concerns, she just said "aww" and giggled. That response alone told me everything about how seriously they take their work and customer satisfaction. On top of that, the salon itself was not pleasant. The smell was very distasteful, and the sink area was not clean, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to enjoying my birthday, and instead I left frustrated and unhappy. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else if you care about quality, cleanliness, and being taken seriously as a customer.

I had received texts about the new management last month and wondered if the "new manangement" lingo was just the same owners trying to get customers back because I truly had stopped patronizing the location because the workmanship had become shoddy numerous times the last visits I made a few years back. On a whim, I decided to come by on Saturday afternoon since they were still running their 20% off services Grand Opening special. Upon entering, if you have ever been to this location in the past, you'll notice a great design difference. Furniture is high-end and lush. It's very bright and calming. I was welcomed in immediately despite the counter taking care of another customer. I waited on the sofa and was greeted by Tim, who shared the service menu. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. Refreshments are available for your enjoyment while you get serviced and are unlimited, but you probably won't ask for refills as you enjoy the zen of the spa chair. Just breathing in this place is relaxing like you're in a spa! You have to check this place out and give it a shot to be your new nail salon. I now have back & mobility issues, but Evon takes great care not only with my aged, tender hands, but also with seating me to ensure I am comfortable, and she continues her concerns and care for me throughout my time in her salon.
