There was quite a bit of talking from staff members during massages, and we could also hear people outside the room laughing and having conversations. It made it difficult to fully unwind and enjoy the peaceful environment that we were expecting. Again, Kimmy and Kiki were both pleasant and gave good massages, but the pace felt rushed and the overall experience lacked the calm, relaxing feeling we had enjoyed at the Sugar Land location. If you're simply looking for a decent massage, this location will likely meet your needs. For us, though, the entire experience matters just as much as the massage itself.
