I finally checked out the Foot Palace and I was so glad I did. From the moment you step through the door, the calm begins. Soft music in a dimly lit room. I choose the 100 minute combination, a 40 min foot massage with foot bath and 60 minutes of body acupressure. It was a little different from massages I have had before, but this was fabulous. With very few words, the masseuse gently turned and pulled my body back to a better place. It was nice not to talk and have someone take great care of me. This was the longest massage I've ever had. In fact, one person did the foot bath and then another person took over for the acupressure. It was too much for one person to do. The prices are very reasonable and so I was able to tip happily. They deserved to be thanked for their hard work. This is a place I want to go to often and support their good work. There is none of the sign up requirements that are at most of the other massage places. You just show up and they give you treatment that you willingly come back for. read more

I saw Lucy for a 1 hour full body massage. I was so delighted with the service. Probably one of my top 3 massages of all time. Lucy found my comfort and pressure level and proceeded to work my body from head to toe. There was a mixture of oils, hot stones, over the towel, full skin contact, and stretching. Great massage for the price. Very casual, which I liked. Came in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Did not know what to expect, but they made it very calm. I had a guy, the therapist was very professional. Like previous reviews they focus on the pressure points. The scalp massage felt really good. What he did with the hands and foot also felt amazing. There were some points around the shoulders that he was really rough on, but it was the good kind rough. The hot towels after the foot massage were nice. We then went to the next room and he worked on my back. It was a nice massage. And it ended with the hot towels like before with the foot massage. Will be coming back! Be aware of this place. First off there is no waiver or sign in. There is no sheet or blanket to cover with just a small towel. My therapist made me feel very uncomfortable and was super aggressive with me. At one point he took super hot rocks and rubbed them into my spine over and over again very hard. I even have a bruise on my upper back from him. He also jumped on the table and straddled me from behind while he massaged my back. I've never felt so uncomfortable during a massage in my life. This isn't even everything that he did to make me feel uncomfortable. Again please be aware of this place before you go. I only went because I had a gift card there and I should have trusted my instincts and stayed away. read more

I've come here twice when I'm hungover lol, the perfect fix! Nothing fancy but they get the job done. A 30 minute rub gets you in a private room (or they will put you and your friends together) laying down with your feet in hot water. The guy at check in asked if I wanted an upgrade so I chose CBD oil but the front guy never told my massage guy until I asked him about it. Then for some reason the CBD was more like Icey hot and I was freezing the entire time and my massage guy didn't speak English. It took forever for me to explain I was cold and needed another towel or blanket. They also played the same song over and over and over the entire 90 minutes I was there. I came here for a few times but I'm not gonna be a returning customer after this one incident. I made an appointment and I was late so I called and said I will be a little bit late. Can I still request for the same masseuse? I was told "Yes" so I came for 60 minutes foot massage. After 20 minutes into my massage, the receptionist interrupt me, and ask if I could switch out my masseuse? Of course I said no. He walked out and I hear a Lady in the front was complaining that she also book for the same masseuse that I had. Afterwards, the receptionist walk back in and beg if I can switch out my masseuse. I close my eye and try to enjoy that massage and I ignore him, but he keeps tapping on my shoulder. Try to get my attention. ( personal thought: such a pester) at the end, I gave up my masseuse. I still paid for the full price and was not very happy with the mistake the receptionist overlapped his booking. I also told him that I'm not happy with the service provided today, he just remains quiet and No apology. Ha ha. No matter how good your masseuses are, there will be other competitors that I'm sure will offer better. Kiss your expensive $100+ basic massage at spa's goodbye. This place is literally amazing. Doesn't break the bank and by far the best massage i've ever gotten. I prefer deep tissue/rough massages and thats what they special in so if you prefer a more gentle massage i would tell them before hand. I feel so relaxed and my body feels renewed after. This place is also open until 11:00 pm!!! how great is that, and they usally can take you right away if you call and/or walk-in unless they're superrrr busy that day but not common. Never in my life have I had worse massage experience. My time at the Foot Palace was a nightmare from the start. I walked in and chose the 60 minute foot reflexology. The person who greeted me at the front (who was also my masseuse) asked me confusingly if I also wanted the back massage? I said no. Feet only please. He walked me back, sat me down and ran away and came back with scolding hot water which he placed my feet in. Then he proceeded to ask me to lay down and then immediately grabbed some oil and started to rub my FACE and forced my hair out of the way and did my NECK??? I was so confused and a little frustrated that I now had unwanted oil all over my hair and sensitive skin. He then proceeded to do this for about 15 to 20 minutes working down to my arms and hands. When he did this, he pinched me and was extremely aggressive. When he finally worked his way to my feet I received maybe 10 minutes on each foot and it was the worst foot massage ever. There was NO reflexology involved so the service menu was very misleading. After this lack luster foot massage he then proceeded to tell me to flip over and massaged my back and neck and it was the most aggressive thing. I wouldn't be surprised if I woke up to bruises along my neck because of how intense he was. My body was literally rocking back and forth because of the force he used. There is absolutely ZERO way this person was a licensed massage therapist- or even took a class a day in his life. I left frustrated and in pain. When I went to pay the front desk guy asked me how things were and I informed him it wasn't great and definitely not what I asked for. He proceeded to just check me out and send me on my way. So $45 later after requesting the 60 minute foot reflexology I received NO reflexology, a 20 minute terrible foot rub and 40 minutes of a lot of pain. So if that's what you're looking for, Foot Palace is your place! If not, save yourself the time and money and go hit up somewhere they care about their customers and clients. read more

My husband and I have been going to the Foot Palace for a few years. Always have been happy with the services and massages. But today was a different experience. My husband had a gift certificate he wanted to use and he was all prepared to buy two more. Much to his surprise his certificate was not honored because it was expired by 6 days. The owner made my husband pay for the service today. . My husband said " but I was going to bury two more gift certificate and your willing to forfeit my business and not honor the gift certificate I have?". The owner said "no". This place forfeited 140.00 today on future business by not honoring a certificate that was Only 6 days expired. I can understand maybe not honoring it if it was 30 days expired. We won't be back. Bad way to run a business and customer service. If you have certificates, make sure you watch the expiration date. read more

I am a semi-regular and I am actually going again today in about 3 hrs. The Foot Palace absolutely can't be beaten on their price. This is a given. Their reflexology is top notch. What they ARE NOT is a custom masseuse. They have their package / menu. They will follow the exact same massage for the selection. If you have a specific area, knots, or tightness that you would liked addressed, you are probably not going to get the attention you desire unless it happens to be the focus of your package. However, for a general massage or reflexology type of treatment, I'll put Foot Palace up against any other massage place around at any price point, anytime. read more

I wanted to visit Foot Palace a few times before writing my review. Now that I've been there several times, it's time to offer my thoughts. You get what you pay for. If you go in understanding this, you will have a good experience. Do not expect to tell your therapist what you want/need. They don't accommodate special requests. You get what they give you. You don't undress either. Clothes kept on, then they place a towel over you and then massage. They do a good job and the 70 minute special for $30 is worth the money. However, The 70 minute massage is only 60 minutes. I've timed it every time: 60 minutes. Still worth $30. Update from my review in Nov 2015: we didn't go for a few months, tried some places further from home, and ended up back at Foot Palace; mainly for convenience. There's a new guy at the front desk, which has improved the overall experience. The place still usually smells like stinky Asian food but it seems clean enough. It's quieter than it used to be and no more employees smoking in the front. The therapists are hit and miss. I've had some that I'm sure didn't go to massage school. I've also had some fantastic therapists. But, it's $30-40, and we go almost every week. The 10th massage is free with the punch card so that's nice. If you're willing to take a chance, and are willing to accept you might get a dud, give Foot Palace a try. I'd probably give them 3 1/2 stars if that was an option. read more

I just did the $60 full body combo and it was literally the best massage I've ever gotten. I've gone to the chiro & massage envy so many times in the past for chronic back pain and never ever felt this good after. I've tried comparable reflexology places in Arizona prior to moving here and while they were better than massage envy/former chiropractic treatment, they were nowhere near this level. Every single cluster of knots & tense muscle that literally kept me from sleeping this week were all worked out. There was tension released in areas I didn't even notice were hurting me in the first place. The past 2 months have been extremely stressful with my recent move from AZ and an emergency hospitalization that I'm still recovering from. This took a major toll on my body and I came here hoping for some relief so I finally get some sleep. The kind gentleman who provided this service literally undid 2 months worth of damage this whole experience had on my body and I feel soooo much better. I am so so grateful. I also appreciate that he didn't go gentle on me just because I am a smaller lady. I don't really require a snooty spa setting, or complete silence (it's quiet but you can hear others in neighboring rooms) because I really am there for the massage itself and it was well worth every penny.
