Chiropractic, PT etc etc...my best relief has been Thai massage. I'm at Texas motor speedway for two weeks and was looking for a mobile massage and found Nicole' Coffey on Yelp. While relaxation and pampering are nice, I prefer to do therapy that addresses my pain and provide relief. When given the option this evening, I chose the constructive painful path and have NEVER been more grateful for the work and time Nicole put in! After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel. She is worth traveling here to see and learned some people do. I am so grateful knowing that I found her here on Yelp and what an amazing result! She also refused my tip and went a bit over to be sure to coach me on stretching exercises and address issues SHE would not leave unresolved! Based on Yelp reviews, I decided to give acupuncture a try. This office had the best reviews. I met with Dr Lily and she explained the process quite well. Not what I expected, but she started with "cupping" first. It was painless and actually I fell asleep during it. She explained thoroughly the results and followed it up with more cupping and acupuncture in the same session. She took her time to answer my questions and I was very happy with the results. On a side note...this helped me and has brought my sciatic issues almost to a complete solution. I'll definitely be back again and again.

I have always had a good experience and have always received one of the best deep tissue massages there that I have ever had, there. But, yesterday was the first time that Yun was my massage therapist. She is one of the owners. And gave me one of the best two hour massages that I ever had. I'm still feeling very relaxed today, and a little sore since I asked her to work deep into my muscles. I highly recommend Massage Express and will continue to drive almost an hour to use their services. And from now on I will ask for Yun, whenever she is available.

Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.
