I went in for just a 30 min foot reflexology massage- it was only $30 and I think well worth the money. When I have the time I'll be back for a longer service. They were efficient and I think did a great job. Kind of a hole in the wall but professional and it was easy in and out. Not sure if other services are in other spaces but I was in a room with four beds essentially. No one else was in there when I was. My husband and I went there after a long day on our feet. I have back issues and desperately needed pain relief so I requested a trigger point release massage. My husband was tense and requested a relaxation massage. We both walked out feeling great and we each got what we requested. I have had countless massages including those on 5 of the 7 continents (I reserve the right to update that statement if I get to Australia, but I'll pass on getting one in Antarctica). Amy was great again! She is very attentive , thorough, and just knows what needs focus and the right amount of pressure. I bought a groupon for this spa. I found it just to be okay. The massage was just blah... It just felt like someone rubbing you that really did not know what they are doing. It was like someone told them what to do but they really did not know. So I have been to far better ones in various areas in DFW. It was clean and the people are really nice. However, I will not be going back just because there are better ones just as close to my area that I would rather go to if I want to get a foot massage. This place was quite a surprise. We went in for what we thought was a regular massage but what we experienced was so much more. What I mean is the practice feels like it was straight from China complete with stretching and working joints and muscles that quite honestly was a little painful and different. All that to say I feel that I had some tightness and areas in my neck and back that have felt that way for weeks and now I have a break through. It's a treatment sure to please in the outcome! Let's just say that I've never requested a foot massage and have the technician start on my face, head then feet. His technique was a very unusual to say the least and sometimes painful, he was very nice man and I hate to leave bad reviews that I cannot recommend this place unless all you want is a cheap massage. The language barrier here is very real, I just had an extensive neck surgery and when he started massaging that area I tried telling him no and he just kept doing it but at least softer. I'm so sad to have to even write this review and particularly give Sole Relax Foot Spa only one star as this was my favorite place to go for a great foot and back massage at a very reasonable price - I had even found my favorite person there - only to call to schedule an appointment and find out that he was no longer there. Although disappointed, I went ahead and booked a 30 minute foot / 30 minute body massage thinking it would be just as good --- maybe even better. It had been a month since I was last there and upon entering the place I instantly noticed the smell of cigarette smoke - it was faint - but still could smell it. I was warmly greeted as usual and led to the back - the gentleman that was leading me back so strongly smelled of old stale cigarette smoke I soon realized that maybe it wasn't the spa that smelled of cigarette smoke when I walked in and that it was likely him. I was hoping that he was just the greeter and that he would not be giving me the foot/back massage...he did! Seriously, I could barely stand it - the whole time --- he reeked of old stale cigarette smoke - to the point that when he went to massage my face I shoo'd him away and said no thank you. I kept the towel over my eyes and nose while he massaged my feet and then said that I wasn't feeling up to the back massage, paid for the whole deal and quickly left. I probably should have said something to the lady that I believe owns the spa but the language barrier is real here and I'm not sure if I would have been able to get the message across accurately. I hope that perhaps they will see this post and realize that this gentleman may be the best masseuse(r) as far as ability but unless you are a heavy heavy smoker and are used to this nasty smell ---- this is not the job for him!!! read more

I attempted to get a 1 hr massage which was $60. The therapist provided used poor technique; unable to communicate english to understand what customer wants. I stopped the massage after just over 15 min because she was applying deep pressure to my bones and joints and occasionally would hit a muscle as well, it was bad, deep pressure on all the wrong areas, the ones that are supposed to be avoided. They requested $40 which was their price for a half hour. They need to look at long term customer satisfaction, needless to say I will not be back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I a month ago for a birthday gift for myself. This also meant we had to lock in a babysitter for our toddler. My massage was scheduled for today and I scheduled over the phone with Jackie on January 8th....so close to a month. I drop our little guy off at the babysitters place today, enjoy a nice dinner with my husband and then drive to Sole Relax. We actually get there 45 minutes early and decided to get a quick drink next door to kill some time before heading to our massage. We walk over to Sole Relax I tell them we're here to check in for our 8pm couples massage. The puzzled look on the girl at the front desk already had me worried. I pull out my paper with my confirmation of making the appointment with Jackie back on January 8th. She tells me she doesn't have me scheduled and they won't be able to do our couples massage today. I explained to her that I've had this appointment scheduled for so long and had to work out a babysitter there's no way to reschedule, this is for my birthday. She confirmed Jackie works there but wasn't there tonight so there was nothing else she could do about it. Poorly ran business that clearly lacks organization and communication. Won't ever return to this place with my business. And my advice to anyone else who chooses to come here to call and verify your appointment because surely they won't be doing that!!! read more

This place is the best! My parents bragged about it and said it was better then massage envy that they used to do weekly. I was pretty skeptical. I was in town for a short while and my mom took me for my first apt. Wow was it good. They massage every inch of you. I have recently moved back to the area and I've been several times with my family and it is so amazing I always leave feeling relaxed and rested. I always jump on the chance to go. Even though it's well over a 50 minute drive for me to go there from my place it is well worth it. I can not wait till my fiancé comes back in town so I can take him. This place has taken care of each one of my family members (8) has been there and they all love it. The staff is very friendly and kind. One time my little sister (14) said she liked their candy so they gave her a whole bag to take home! We always call ahead because we usually have 2/3 people and they can only do 3 people at a time. Woman kept wanting to pull my underwear off and kept touching my behind and continuously kept touching the man area even after I moved it so she does not touch it.
