It's a one-man show run by a fine fella name of Hugh. I can't buy sneakers off the rack due to my feet being very wide and he facilitated my purchase from a reputable online seller of such shoes (Drew Shoe). To my surprise, he charged the exact same price as was advertised on Drew's website so naturally I opted to purchase from a local company, all things being equal. Most impressive of all, Hugh was kind enough to do a simple repair on the sneakers at no charge even though my six-month warranty had just expired. Custom orthotics are very expensive (at least $400 consistently regardless of who makes them). Although I need a new pair, they're simply out of my budget right now. Hugh resurfaced mine for a very reasonable price. If you're a young athlete, active senior, or anywhere in between, I strongly recommend patronizing this business. read more

Hugh has been amazing! This is my second time visiting this location for a flare to be added to my shoe. I have to get a flare added to the outside of my shoe. My insurance doesn't cover it. So if I go through my doc office it takes well over a week and it's not cheap. I saw Hugh a year ago and wanted to see if he could help. turn around time was a couple days, and 1/2 the price. One of my worst customer experiences in a retail store. When we arrived there were two customers ahead of us. We waited patiently for about an hour while the manager spent a long time waiting on them without regard to us. Two more people came in, and when the first two left it turned out that this second pair had appointments. The manager told us we would have to wait until he was done with them. Before that he had never disclosed or hinted that people would be coming with appointments who would take priority. There was no sign on the door saying you needed an appointment. We wasted about two hours going there and sitting around for nothing. No apology or regret expressed by manager. We will never go there again. read more

I wrote an earlier review after my initial consultation to say Mr. Hugh is very professional and knowledgable. I have nerve damage of my feet because the natural fat pad that protects them is no longer sufficient to do its job. I have been literally walking on bone! A podiatrist recommended orthotics. Hugh made custom orthotics for me and I've worn them for a week. Unbelievable! I was worried about standing on my ceramic tiled kitchen floor for hours on Thanksgiving while preparing dinner. Usually after an hour or two I'm pretty much done. In the past my feet, legs and lower back really hurt me. Not this time! In addition to this revelation, when I get out of bed in the morning my lower and upper usually back hurts until I take a shower. I've been blaming that on my mattress. To my surprise, I don't have that problem anymore. Go figure. Hugh told me to wear them 3 hours and increase the length of time each day. I had immediate comfort the moment I put them in my shoes. There was no breaking in or adjustment period for me and I've not taken them out of my shoes since. I can't thank him enough. Well worth the investment! I made an appointment with Hugh and was very impressed with his knowledge of the physiology of the foot and his product. He listened to my foot issues then did an outstanding job measuring and fitting me with custom orthotics. They only took one week to complete and I was pleasantly surprised with the product.
