Well, I was looking forward to doing business with this company. They are right around the corner from my martial arts supply place. I went to their showroom after a pleasant phone call with one of their reps came in wasn't even greeted with a hello and walked around for 10 minutes with no help at all. There was a woman ahead of me that was waiting that hadn't been helped yet while another customer was taken care of. I'm a small business and every dollar I spend matters to me. I prefer to give it to people that will at least make eye contact or say hello when we walk in I certainly wouldn't want to do business with somebody where I walked around for 10 minutes without so much as a acknowledgment that I was there. read more

Our church uses Spikes EXCLUSIVELY! From start to finish, their service is top notch. Especially our Showroom Specialist Caitlin. She's helpful, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and puts in every effort to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase(s). The graphics folks are awesome too, they can customize just about anything. Don't let Caitlin hear but they can even do some stuff in the same day. LOL. We won the Playoff game last night and is scheduled for the Championship game tonight! Out Juniata Bears 11/12 are winners no matter what happens tonight because they fought hard for this opportunity. We wanted to reward our team with trophies to show they're winners no matter the outcome !. Everyone we called told us we needed 24 hours' notice so it couldn't be done. Rather unimpressed with the customer service at their JFK Street location. When I called to follow-up on the requested/agreed date for the delivery of the engraving, I was told that it was not completed but they could rush engrave it that afternoon and have a courier deliver it to the Center City location. The catch - I would have to pick up the $40 courier fee. Not sure why a customer has to pay for the company's mistake. read more

I wanted to thank Senior Acct. Exec John Czmar's for his responsiveness and professionalism in dealing with my difficult and last-minute request for an "innovation" award. I gave him little direction, a crazy deadline and he came through with a trophy that was beautiful. Contacted them to get some identification plates made up for vehicles that we work on for the department of transportation, days later I called them and said did you get my email, the girl says "yes we did but we're very concerned about doing that you can't get it done here". Tried to explain that we work for the federal government, and asked that she call my department and gave her a 202 number, she had no clue, refused to call, completely useless. I went to Spike's to get a small batch custom embroidery job done. I worked with Keith and Brian, and both were very responsive with quotes and estimates. In the end, i needed the work done in a very short time frame, and they were able to accommodate. The work itself turned out great.
