I signed up on ClassPass for a 60 minute full body massage, but when I went there they said I could either do a 30 min foot massage and a 30 minute body massage or a 60 minute foot massage, but if I chose to do the 60 minute body massage then I'd have to pay $10 for it. I decided to choose the 30 min of each. The foot massage was pretty good, it was in an open area and people get walking back and forth and I could hear people talking in the back. That just made it a bit difficult to relax. The masseuse got up and left a few times during the foot massage and body massage. With my eyes covered or face down on the bed it just puts me in a vulnerable position and makes me anxious about when the masseuse will return. The bed for the massage didn't have a sheet where you get under like most places, but instead a towel that you drape over yourself. I didn't like that part very much. The room was just closed with a curtain so I could still hear everything going on outside as well them talking in the next room over. The massage itself was a 6/10. The masseuse never asked me how the pressure was or how I was doing the entire time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or come back myself. Best foot massage for the money! The hubby and I stopped in here for our anniversary and both enjoyed the 60 minute combo. The reflexology was quite precise, and I could tell the gentleman was knowledgeable. A bit more pressure could have been applied, but overall, the experience was very relaxing. It's nice to see an effort made for a presentable experience and the staff are very courteous. Cons: stepping away for answering the phone and door. It does smell like Subway...not their fault, but a light diffuser with a pleasant oil (rose/geranium) might really alleviate this! read more

I have been to this establishment multiple times. I enjoyed getting a foot massage, and I enjoyed coming here, until I was told today that I did not tip enough according to the lady that did my foot massage. When I got to the front to check out, I had given them 20% tip and they spoke in Vietnamese and then the gentleman who I assume is the manager told me that I did not tip enough. Extremely rude to do this. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, if I am questioned about the amount that I am tipping. read more

This place had a very weird vibe to it. It smelled funky from the Subway next door. Everything seemed dated. There was a strange vibe between the two employees there too. There are bright yellow signs in their private rooms that say "No Sex" which did very little reassure me that the weird vibe wasn't just in my mind. I booked my massage via the classpass app, the times available were very accommodating. It was very clean but they don't have the best décor, but if you close your eyes what does that matter! The prices are very reasonable and the massage was excellent. I did the 60 minute combo of foot and regular massage. It was perfect amount of time on each. There was a trigger point, reflexology, deep tissue style that had me so relaxed I dozed off a couple times. I will say if you are modest or accustom to sheet draping you may be a little uncomfortable as they only used a towel to cover me, but the entire massage was face down and I kept undies on so I did not feel exposed. I usually prefer a female masseuse, but the gentleman at the front wound up taking care of me. The massage was very professional and at no point did I feel uncomfortable. I used to like this place a lot because the lady (Chinese ) was very good at the foot massage . Unfortunately last three time I've been here it's been very disappointing . 1.- there was a huge cockroache flying around ! 2. Time very weird smell 3. I had someone else appointed for my massage (not a Chinese) lady and it was terrible , waist of my money 4. I wanted to surprise my husband making an appointment for him, I specifically told the lady I liked I wanted her to do the massage for him and set up a time for it. She made me feel very comfort, also cover up the areas she was not massgeing she also make sure I was ok, each time she massage an area she ask me was it ok or did she need to be softer. Just had a 90 minute reflexology/massage today from Alice. It was great! I went in because I have pretty bad edema or swelling in my feet, ankles and legs from some medication I am taking. I told the guy at the front desk that I just needed them to do something like a lymphatic massage to clear the fluid out of my legs. He said he knew what to do. So they started with a Milk & Salt Soak with warm towels on my legs while Alice massaged my arms & fingers and worked on the lymph nodes & reflexology points in my head, face, ears, arms & hands. It felt so good. Then she moved to my feet. OMG!! When she was almost done with one foot I decided to add 30 more minutes to my original 60 minutes that I had planned. That's how good it felt! While working on one foot, she would use a suction cup on the bottom of the other which I've never had done before. She eventually worked out both feet and legs up to my knees. Then right before the massage was done she spent a little time kneading the nodes in my thighs. At some point I fell asleep. It was all so incredibly relaxing! The best part is that when it was over, I could actually see my ankles again! Yay!! I'm planning on going back in three days and next time I'm bringing my mom. The spa itself is very cute. It's super clean and they have done a lot of work to make it relaxing. When you step inside, everything is blue because of blue lights and they have what seems like white tule hanging everywhere to act as curtains between the chairs. The foot massages are done in an open room with about 6 chairs but there are dividers and it's VERY cozy. The only bad thing is if people come in and talk to the man at the front desk while you're trying to relax it's kind of loud. They do have private rooms however. I assume those are for the full body massages. I just love this little place and I wish I had been going there a lot sooner! My entire treatment... All 90 minutes of it cost me only $60 today. Went in today for my first visit. I was interested in a foot massage. The woman was very attentive. The environment was very relaxing. The foot massage came after a little face, neck and head massaging. Really just wanted foot massage so the pre-foot massage took time away from what I wanted. However, she ended with hot stone so that was a nice touch. She also gave the full hour of time which I appreciate because so many places tend to cut it short. Holy crap this is the first time I've ever walked out halfway through a massage. I was there for only 30 minutes and the guy massaging my feet let his phone ring loudly 3 times. He answered the phone every time. He even walked away twice to book an appointment and greet some people at the door (he turned them away). I was literally the only client in there. Super unprofessional considering their prices are higher than any other foot massage joint that I've been to. So I told him I didn't like that he kept interrupting my massage to answer the phone and that I did not wish to complete the second half of my combination massage. Horrible unprofessional staff, I will not return!! Long story short my husband bought me a gift card for Mother's Day. This place has a huge "grand opening" sign for the last year, but every time we drove by it was always empty. The place opens 7 days a week from early morning to late at night. Their brochure says that "the tea and water are always serviced during the foot reflexology series". They offered me nothing during my 60 minutes body and foot combo. I was the only client there for the entire hour and not even a ring from the telephone. The massager was a rude African American woman who had no courtesy or manners to the point that she would not warned me before starting sensitive procedures like putting my panty down or removing my bra!!! She wanted me to strip to nothing without even providing me with a gown or something. At that point I was starting to look around for hidden cameras. I had to ask for a sheet or towel for crying out loud to cover my body and not lay there completely naked! I honestly don't think this person was even certified to perform the kind of massage she gave me was like the one you would get from a 2 year old and then she was slapping me at the end of every section!! I asked her what technique was she using to what she responded "a combination". A combination of what? With all the years I have been getting massages all over the world I never seen a massaging person performing that kind of moves on me. Also, she did not gave me a full 60 minute massage, since I clocked every minute of it she robbed me of about 12 minutes out of my 60 minute section. At the end before I even got dressed she immediately asked me how I was going to pay "cash or credit"? Did not even gave me a chance to exit the massage area, like they are desperate for my money. When I made it to the front desk I handed the oriental woman my gift card and boy she was not happy that I was paying with my gift card!! The oriental lady was eagerly saying "Cash or credit?!!" And when I handed her the gift card her face changed completely into a frown, like she had just lost the lottery by one number. What the heck?? She was more than happy when my husband purchased the card back in May, but now she don't want me to pay like that?? Lol!! At this point it was an unnecessary very uncomfortable situation for me and for no reason. Then to top it all up the massage lady is standing there waiting for my tip seriously folks. If looks could kill I would be dead. The oriental woman and the black lady where both demanding me to tip before I even paid!!! "Tip tip tip" that's all the oriental woman knows how to say in English. I thought they had a butcher knife hidden behind the counter ready to cut my throat. Needless need to say I did not tip that woman. The first time in my life I don't tip a massager. She simply did not merit my tip. The impression I got from the whole situation is that the Chinese owners don't pay this woman for her services and she rely solely on tips as a mean of compensation for her work. This used to be our favorite place for a massage. New ownership recently, so we called for an appointment. We (my wife and I) arrived at 1:45 PM for our 2:00 PM appointment. The staff smiled a lot but spoke very little English - that in and of itself is not a bad thing. The first thing we noticed was the huge price increases. The 60 minute $35 foot massage went to $60, and other prices wee raised exponentially as well. We told them we had a 2:00 appointment and one of the women laughed nervously and went to the back, quickly returned, and said we had to come back in "half an hour to an hour". We tried to explain we had an appointment but they had obviously taken two walk-ins and thought we could just come back later. We couldn't and that was not the point, we had made an appointment. They we so sorry and hoped we would come back. The raise in prices plus the extremely poor service combined to tell us this wasn't the same spa as before. We will never go back.
