Purchased a couple massage and it did not feel like it was a Thai massage at all. Just fyi, these ladies speaks and understands English. The masseuse that I had notice lots of tension and knots on my upper shoulder/shoulder blade area and I have emphasized that I needed more pressure because I literally could not feel a thing she is doing to me. She said OK but still just lightly rubbing my back. It seems my masseuse did not want to use her hands to build pressure on my back and press on my tension so I gave up repeating myself several times. Keep in mind that I'm a small petite person. The person who gave me a massage should not be in this field. And...Idk how someone can put oil on your head for a head massage and then leave you with greasy hair. Oil should not be put on your scalp unless it's requested. I been to a lot of massage places, I never experience this. When I looked in the mirror, I was like what the hell! If you enjoy someone rubbing oil all over your body the whole time, this place is for you. I rarely put reviews as you can tell - but I'm completely shocked. I purchased my son a Groupon for a sports massage. My son is 17 years old - he gets a massage and as he is leaving the workers stop him and prevent him from leaving demanding a tip from him. My son is a super sweet kid and got nervous so he called me. He said they will not let me leave until I Venmo them a tip. I asked to speak to the person at the desk and I said I'm sorry but I paid for the service $75 on Groupon, I will speak with my son and if he decides to leave a tip depending on the service, he will send one over. The person then said no - you have to send tip on Venmo or he cannot leave. Tip not included in Groupon, etc. etc. I said this is insane. You're going to let my son leave or I'm going to call the police. At that point, she gave him the phone back and told him he could leave. My jaw is literally dropped - the audacity! Little scam artists. This experience totally made me sick as I've never dealt with something like that before. We will never return and it's a shame because he said they did a decent job and he wants to start getting massages on a weekly basis. They just lost a regular customer! read more

Your business has helped me for three years and I have been a loyal customer. I am extremely disappointed by how I have been treated recently. I had scheduled a massage 12/29/2022 with my usual masseuse, Eva, via their messaging system. Upon arriving, I was given a different masseuse. It was a mistake on your end that I was given the wrong masseuse and I tipped based on service. Upon leaving, I was told that I must give a tip of $14 dollars, which I complied to. I later messaged the business about this incident and they were apologetic. I tried to make another appointment on 2/8/2023 and was told the masseuses were on vacation for 1-2months, then told to have a good day. I messaged from a different phone number shortly after and was able to make an appointment. You cannot be demanding tips from customers and then lying and ignoring customers that have been so loyal. Fantastic experience. The Groupon deal of a 65 minute full body massage for $45 brought me in, and I'm so thankful for it. Richard took my call for an appointment, and was extremely courteous and understanding when I had to call day-of for a 30 minutes delay / reschedule, which they accommodated with no issue. Foot Station is a tranquil and comfortable neighborhood spa with such friendly, warm service. The value for the expert service is fantastic. They provide you clean slippers. They offer you water and tea before and after the service. I had scheduled an appointment. Full disclosure, I'm a sucker for these less expensive/several people, clothed in a room kind of massage place. I've gone to VIP feel feet spa probably at least a dozen times in the past few years. I passed this place on the way to the dentist, and came back a few days later to check it out. They do a really good job with ambiance. It feels a bit like an oasis. It's clean, calm, and they're all very friendly. My masseur even introduced himself to me before my massage, which surprised me. I've been having some shoulder pain so I was in desperate need of a massage, and it was definitely a solid experience. $45 for an hour. It wasn't the omg-most amazing-have to go back tomorrow kind of massage, but it was definitely good enough, and the environment made it overall a really enjoyable experience. If this was just for the massage I'd probably give it 3 stars. The massage started off with a really nice woman but then 5 minutes in a man came in and replaced her which was not the best. The massage was fine but definitely a little weird at certain points (strange massage techniques). The part that absolutely ruined this for me though was the payment. Steven (my massage therapist) made this one of the most uncomfortable interactions I've ever had. He checked me out and before I could even pay he said you must give cash as a tip. I was going to anyway but when I asked him for change for the $20 he said no you just give me the $20. When I pushed back and said I'm sorry I'm only giving $15 (which is over 20%!) he said no just give me the $20. At this point it got really weird and I said do you have change and he flat out just said no. He pointed to a sign and said I must tip him $20. I'm sorry but you can't demand a tip. So incredibly uncomfortable and SO aggressive. It was also late at night and I seemed to be the only one in the place which made the whole situation that must worse. read more

GREAT PLACE. No really this place is amazing. I'm a huuuuuge fan of massages and I like the deep ones that really work into your muscles and get all that crap out that you feel like you've been harboring since forever. I used a groupon and went with my boyfriend and it was about $70 (something like that..I can't remember the price I brought it back in February and finally used it this month oops) for a 75 minute massage. They let you pick how hard/deep you want it to be and I chose the hardest one haha The place is clean and they play soft music to let you relax. They get to WORK- the foot massage was amazing. Like they pressed into a part of my foot that was something I didn't even know was there? Like was it a muscle? I have no idea. But it felt great. They also massage your neck and your head and just wow I felt the tension leaving my body. The staff works hard and it's a hard job for a living because they are constantly using their hands. They are polite and respectful and good at what they do, so please don't forget to tip them at the end. Also- just fyi- if you're doing the full body massage they ask you to take off your shirt and bra and I was lying there topless on my stomach on the bed. I was okay with this and like I said even though the person giving me a massage was a male I still felt comfortable and he was respectful. Also asked if I was okay and made sure he wasn't pressing too hurt to a point where it hurt. Loved it so much, am considering going here once a month. read more

It's been awhile since I wrote a review, but I would say that the *best massage I've EVER had* would warrant such an occasion. I found Foot Station because they were selling on Groupon and before I bought, I wanted to see if they were available that day. Thankfully they had an afternoon opening for a 90 minute massage with body treatment and reflexology. I arrived a few minutes early, paid for my session, swapped my shoes for some slippers, and then was brought back into one of the rooms. The room I was in has space for three people, so if you're doing a couples massage or bringing friends, you can have your own space. Note: a sign (which I missed until after) indicates that cameras are in operation. This is likely for both the safety of the massage therapist and just to keep everything above board. My masseuse was Eva, and I kid you not - this was the best massage I've ever had. And I've probably had a hundred+ in my lifetime. She worked on my face/head/shoulders first, then worked on my legs and feet (you start with your feet in a hot bath, btw). Most of my tension was in my back and this is where she was just fantastic. She worked all of the knots from the base of the spine up to the shoulders and used warmed massage oil - and it was simply heaven. I will DEFINITELY be back for more massages here - and I encourage you to do the same! **If you're contemplating coming here, call and ask if they will give you the $65 promo (Groupon) price straight up. Saves them money that they don't have to pay to Groupon and puts more money in their pockets. I also appreciate that he took the time to work on my quads, where I am super tight. I did not wake up the next day feeling as though I had the crap beat out of me the night before. Also you have the option to remove your top (your individual bed is curtained off) when you flip onto your stomach. I will be maybe come back and want to explain the one star. I received the 90 minute package of body and foot massage. I was a tension nightmare in my neck and shoulders and the masseur did a great job of digging in hard and working out the knots. Everyone was nice. The place is decorated very lovely. The price is fantastic!!!!!. Here's the one star reason : the staff have security cameras in every room and watch the services from a split screen at the front desk. There was a small sign on the wall of the treatment room that I saw as I was leaving indicating that security cameras were in use. In the dim light and without my glasses (as I was getting ready for a massage and was asked to remove them of course,) I never saw it. You are verbally suggested to take off your top for the back massage. Of course. I don't have any issues with nudity during a massage. It's a therapeutic treatment on your skin and I'm usually almost naked for a full body massage. But I've never had anyone able to watch a monitor in the front lobby, visible to anyone at the side of or behind the desk including all staff and any clients waiting in the lobby or returning from their services to pay , be able to see me topless as I undress for the massage or redress when it was over on a camera. It was such a violation as I went to the lobby to pay only to see what the young man behind the desk sees, full shots of treatment rooms including massage tables. I'd like to hear from management about this. If you'd like a foot massage it's a fabulous deal. If you don't mind the cameras it's a fabulous deal. read more
