This was the third store I tried trying to help my mother find sneakers that fit her because of her wide feet. Thankfully this place was the place! Hallelujah! I was so happy I didn't have to look anymore! She found two pairs of Puma's.... one in gray and one in pink that perfectly fit her. She got them at buy one get the second half off...so total for $100. That is not bad at all. Place has plenty of shoes for both men and women...from sneakers to dress shoes. Also has plenty of accessories...I got myself some new sneaker laces for a pair of Nikes I use for everyday activities. One of the good things about this place is they have a rewards program. If you join they give you one point for every dollar you spend. After 200 points you get $10 off. You also get that on your birthday. And because this is in an outlet mall you already get good prices on shoes...I'm all about saving money....a penny saved is a penny earned after all. Will definitely come back!

I got a discount coupon so I used it to try out their inserts, as I had some knee and foot…read moreproblems. The inserts are not custom made, but they have several shapes in different shoe sizes. You are measured by making an imprint of your feet; chances are instead of a perfect shape like in a cartoon drawing, some part of the imprint is darker, indicating that your weight is not distributed evenly. I know my posture is bad, and that my soles of my shoes don't wear evenly, so without the imprint I was already aware of the issue. After getting my inserts, they did help improve my posture, gently tilting my feet in a certain way. I have to say that after wearing the inserts I no longer experience the knee and leg pains that I used to have, that had me worried that I was getting old and maybe some years soon I would need knee surgery or walking sticks. There were a few months I forgot about the inserts and then I started having pains again, so I checked through my shoes to find where I left them, and when I started using them regularly again, pain was gone again. Simple gel inserts do not work as they do not correct your posture, these guys do. In some way you can say these are just cheap pieces of plastic, which is likely very inexpensive to product, but they are also very sturdy and almost indestructible. However also be aware that the staff are not medical professionals. They are just sales rep, trained not to help you necessarily but to meet sales quota. I did have a good experience and glad I got the inserts but YMMV.

This place is such a clean shoe store. Everything was picked up and organized. The store is super…read morebright which makes it look nice. (Wish I could've taken more pictures but I was getting creepy looks already and I didn't want security called for because I looked weird). They also seem to have a variety of shoes, and things to clean shoes which are easy to use. The only thing that sucked is that they don't have a variety of colored shoelaces. But they do have the standard black/white shoelaces and it's the flat shoelaces not the ones that are round (if it that makes sense) and they have two different lengths. The workers where nice and helpful and I had no issues or complaints about this visit.
