I've been to this location many times and still given them the benefit of the doubt but no more. My fiancée and his friend are both veterans (one is even a Purple Heart recipient) and they were both told that they would not be given a military discount because they were not active duty. When I asked about their posted sign in the window offering a military discount I was told to "mind my own purchase". Hmm. I guess the 6'4" burly man was buying himself a sweater dress. But I'm here for the t-shirts. Although they've always been on the pricey end. More than Walmart but way, way less than actual on-site concert accessories. Even now, in 2026, their t-shirts run about twenty-five dollars. I was surprised by that. And they still run clearances on t-shirts, 2 for $20. I didn't see any I liked in my size, though. Need a chain wallet? And who doesn't? Pick one up here. Shot glasses. Coffee mugs. Throws. Plushies. Hoodies. Posters, etc. They still got all this. They still have all the great Gen-X stuff because we never went anywhere, and a smidge of Gen-Z stuff sprinkled about: Sleep Token, Ice Nine Kills, Young Boy NBA and Terrifier among others. I would say this is a higher end jewelry store but anytime I've went in I've always felt welcomed and at ease. They then sent it to a nearby repair shop that also could not fix it and caused even more damage. What should have taken minutes turned into months of excuses and delays. I dealt directly with Destiny, the store manager, who repeatedly provided false and misleading information. The entire staff demonstrated incompetence and zero accountability. This location does not stand behind their work, and once they damage your property, you will be forced to jump through hoops for months with no resolution. I strongly warn anyone reading this: do not shop here and do not trust this store with any jewelry repairs. I am still without a watch, and it still has not been repaired. Its already been almost 2 months waiting for a resolution.
