I finally found a dentist I LOVE! Not only is this place really convenient with the Saturday appointments but it is 5 minutes from home. Dr. Jen was so gentle I didn't feel a thing which is the complete opposite of Western Dental where they torture there patients and then charge them for treatments they didn't even need! Dr. Jen explained everything to me as she was going, showed me clear pictures not just X-rays and truly had my best interest in mind unlike WD. No cavities yay!!! This place really goes the extra mile to work with you at all costs be it financially or just with your time. The staff is so sweet and explain all costs in detail. I came here when it was the original owners, The Shah's. Dr. Shah and her husband helped me tremendously when I started going to them over 7 years ago, and even though I've moved to the east bay, I keep coming back. Now it's under new ownership, and let me tell you this, it's even better than before (if that's even possible!). The whole office has a feel of Crate and Barrel, but their customer is up to par like Amazon. The staff are extremely nice and understanding, and the dentist (I've only seen Dr. Roy) is super knowledgeable and has such a great personality. She makes sure you get what you need, even to go as far as giving you a text to make sure your tooth is ok after putting in a crown. It's service like this that makes me coming back for more, even though I hate going to the dentist. read more

I had not visited a dentist in years unless it was unavoidable.Finally I decided to get regular and deep cleaning done along with some long overdue fillings.I couldn't have chosen better! The entire team is extremely nice ,gentle and patient from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the hygienist and ofcourse the doctors.They find appointments that work with your schedule fast and do not keep you waiting.I loved the fact that after each appointment the dentist would text me to find out how I was dealing with pain or any discomfort and give advice over the text.How often do you hear of personal texts from doctors??? read more

The doctors and staffs are wonderful. I never have any dissatisfacfy on all the works that both doctors done on me. The oral hygienist also great! She is very good and excellent job on cleaning my teeths. She not just clean m teeth, but she take her time out to teach and explain me things for me. These days, not many are out there. We love Dr. Roy! My kids 4 and 3, me and my husband come from San Jose to see her because she is so incredibly kind, efficient, thorough and friendly. My kids have never cried when they see her because her staff and office are so welcoming and kid friendly. I had a very bad toothache and took an appointment here. Dr. Roshni Patel examined me and referred me to a surgeon for Wisdom teeth Extraction. I am very happy that I came her instead of going to my old dentist(AZ Dental), let's just say i had a very bad Experience at AZ Dental(Sunnyvale). Dr.Patel gave me medicines and she called me in the evening to make sure I am doing ok. Next day(Sunday) I had a little bleeding in the gum and I freaked out, called the Dr. to tell about it. She immediately called me back and suggested me to do salt water rinse and gave me the antibiotics. I would suggest this place anyone who is nervous about dental checkup. read more

I had toothache and of course I knew it was my wisdom tooth .. I called in and was scheduled same day even though I was a new patient they took me in.. I arrived and greeted sat down and in less then 5minutes I was called in and confirmed my wisdom tooth had to go, was scheduled for an appointment was out in less then 30minutes even got to Netflix and chill while tooth was been extracted! Very pleasant visit, the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and competent. The facility is clean and tidy - hygienic and sanitary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me find and appointment and were very patient when I had to reschedule a few times. They took take of the insurance paperwork with no hassles for me, and they were well informed and helped me understand my coverage and benefits and differences between different carriers. When I arrived I was seen right away. All the procedures where explained to me and all my questions were answered by Dr. Roy, she is very patient, caring and highly skilled. I took my, my husband and my three children to Dr. Roy. She was so amazing, professional, great with my kids and my husband! My kids were 2, 4 and 5 and this was their first visit to the dentist. They all came out smiling, even the little one. She did an excellent job. She told me what was necessary and what i can do to prevent issues and was the most ethical professional. The office is clean, staff is mostly new and very friendly. I have gone for general cleanings and most of the time I'm out in 10 minutes. Dentist lack on explaining the procedures and steps of the treatment your tooth or teeth will be getting. I will recommend to ask all the question you may have and if possible to ask the dentist if they can talk to you of the steps while working on your tooth or teeth. On the last job I got done I was a little disappointed even thou I did ask to be explain the procedure at the end the appearance and shape of my tooth was changed (it was bumpy like) Apparently the dentist did not mention all the steps to the procedure to me. So please ask the dentist to be specific when explaining the procedure of the treatment receiving. read more
