My molar chipped off a bit, I was in a fear, and then I called this place for an urgent appointment on Friday because my regular dentist couldn't fill me in early enough, and then I was seen by Dr. Patel on Saturday morning! They did a quick X-ray and consultation, and referred me out for a root canal procedure. Only the place referred to doesn't have as great rating as Foothill Square, so I selected two other places, one does have online form and another one doesn't, and I emailed Foothill Square, and I got a pdf referral for one of the places like an hour later, which was still the same day (Saturday), so the one doesn't have online form gotta wait a bit, and by Monday I had to go with the one without online form, and awaiting update from Foothill Square, but besides that, Foothill Square was great, fast and helpful, listened to my needs, and quickly helping me on referral, and they are not pushing like many other dental offices! As soon as the next working day started, they called me and kept helping on sending approval to my selected endodontist, and just in an hour, they got all my info sent to the endodontist I selected and sent me notification! I will be returning to this center for future follow ups! And will bring my family in if later on I see things go well! read more

I recently visited Foothill Square Dental Center and I am SOOOO glad I did! I was recently diagnosed with TMJ and after many attempts from my current dentist at fitting me with a customized mouth guard, my symptoms were not improving (headaches, jaw aches, trouble sleeping, teeth grinding resulting in chipped teeth). The mouth guards produced from my dentist were hard, extremely uncomfortable (painful to wear) and just weren't working for me. I spoke with Neha about it and she had me come in to get fitted with a Mouth Guard. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical because I had already had 3 custom fitted mouth guards that didn't work. Whoa! I moved from Oregon, and started going to a dentist that in the end was just horrible (no joke, I left crying). Having a heavy customer service background I always pay attention to the little things such as the tone in someone's voice, the flexibility to fit someone in last minute or an agitated patient and of course the care that comes with you bringing them your problem (s). So when I say the initial phone call blew me away, no lie, it blew me away; & since then - I've been hooked! From the first time I stepped foot in their office, it was the most relaxing, fun, and caring environment I have ever encountered at a dentists office. Now, after a few visits for some dental work I finally got my Invisalign and can honestly say I LOVE going to my dentist. Dr. Roy is so patient, hilarious, and down right amazing. I decided to take my daughter here as I wasn't really impressed with our last dentist and their Covid protocols. My daughter loved it because everyone was "so nice and the office was clean" so she rated it 5 stars and let The doc know. She's only 8 but notices how clean the office who and who says "hi" to her. I also became a NP in April and both dentists were extremely nice and I loved that they take Covid cleanliness very seriously and their billing person always informs you of the payment before any services. I called in this Morning needing my X-rays emailed to me ASAP and the front desk person was so diligent with getting these to me in 30 mins as it was pretty urgent. I came to Foothill Square Dental Center to seek a second opinion for dental work that seemed a little off when I received my treatment plan from another office. 2 years ago, I was looking for a dentist near me who specialized in Invisalign treatment. My first visit was to Dr. Roy at Foothill Square Dental Center. I was immediately impressed with the beautiful and clean set up of the office. The staff were warm and friendly. Dr. Roy was personable and clearly knowledgeable. I not only needed teeth straightening, but also needed to have my 2 front teeth capped or veneered as one was permanently yellow toned (calcified from a earlier injury) and the other was greying. I went to Foothill Square Dental for the first time this past weekend and I will definitely be going back. I normally don't go to the dentist but the staff at Foothill Square Dental explained to me why it is so important to do regular annual check ups and cleaning. My doctor was was extremely knowledgeable and she really spent the time to explain everything from my x-rays to how to brush and floss my teeth properly in order to prevent tartar build up and cavities.
