I leave my kids at home when I come visit my mother in law we have never had a noise complaint we respect others and mind our own business. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.
