They expect everyone to follow the rules and that's very good for all of us. Mike and Sally do a great job. We have the nicest park in La Verne. Our homes have plants and flowers . We have wide streets in the park. That is rare. Our pool and facilities are clean and neat. The clubhouse is immaculate. She just has contempt for the tenants. ...It's so sad, the park has so much potential; a swimming pool, a half mile circular outer drive for walking, close to shopping, with several small villages nearby, a meeting room with kitchen -that the tenants sign a petition to the California MRLPP just for the manager to unlock for tenant use, but she just chases people off (it's next to her office). They say the laundry room is good. It's hidden from the sight of the office, so the tenants can wash their clothes in peace. There may be good news, but I'm not expecting too much -There's a new manager coming in this month. We'll have to see how that goes. ...

the management here at Footage Village mobile home park discriminates against people. nitpicking to…read morethose that question her about the most ridiculous things like a weed growing. while other residents property are trashed and in need of repairs are left alone. usually her friends. the rules are followed much in the same way. threats of eviction are passed out regularly if she decides she doesn't like you. the people that help residents the most are constantly hassled by manager, Shirley. she'd rather see these seniors waste their money on high priced contractors. there are no activities for seniors. the pipes have busted on over 22 lots, but that would of course be the residents problem not the park. I could go on about her alcoholic drive bys at night. accusing people by association of problems and attacking them at any chance. the list goes on and on. don't be a fool and buy a place there. you will be sorry and abused by management.

TLDR: great job- highly recommend…read more We had some pretty advanced water damage in multiple spots in our house, and had had work done by a different company but the problem continued and we couldn't get the original company come back and fix it. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

Had to call PD to report my truck missing was told it got towed.. had to Uber home. In the morning went on a wild goose chase looking for our truck cost was $450 plus $175 after hours being the weekend.. ridiculous.. I know we shouldn't have parked there, but out of courtesy to my brother and his wife paying extra fees or HOA fees they should at least knocked on the door to tell us to moved the truck.

San Dimas Royal Mobile home Park is trying to steal the mobile home that I inherited that is…read morelocated in their Park. I had it sold for $130,000 yesterday and they blocked the sale. They will not accept the space rent from me but they lie and say that I refuse to pay it. I know that sounds crazy but that is the truth. I don't know how they get away with doing this and I doubt it's the first time that they tried to steal someone's inherited mobile home by not accepting the rent from them and then claiming that you refuse to pay it. Please please speak up if you are going through a similar situation with this mobile home park or any other Mobile home Park. I am the owner of the mobile home my name is on the title but I am not allowed to live there or sell the mobile home in place, the only option they are giving me is that I can move the mobile home to another Park or pay exorbitant fees to their lawyer for writing a very discriminatory storage agreement that he wrote just for me and that I now have to pay $17,000 for the privilege of this discriminatory storage agreement that I never wanted and as far as I know according to the mobile home residency law is not required I am supposed to be allowed to continue the lease that was in effect at the time of former mobile home owners death for the purposes of selling it or be given the option to apply for residency and pay the same space rent that former owner paid. I own this mobile home outright but I am not allowed to live there or sell it sounds crazy doesn't it? I am a senior citizen and I now will be homeless because I spent all of my savings on upgrading and repairing the mobile home that I own, and thousands of dollars on lawyers, to no avail. This has financially ruined me and the stress they have put me through is killing me.
