Took photos of my vehicle claiming it's a residential car when I'm here visiting my mother in law due to her sickness our family take turns taking care of her. The "manager" has been harassing my family and for the first time myself such an introduction right away with harassment and threatening me, she is constantly violating the mobilehome residency law and violating my right to visit. I leave my kids at home when I come visit my mother in law we have never had a noise complaint we respect others and mind our own business. No reason for that lady to tell us who my mother in law can and can't have over and for how many hours. Ridiculous !!! since that lady is part of the park management I will personally be speaking with a lawyer regarding this if she is not held accountable . There has been many complaints of her behavior and the real management has not taken action. Who is running this place !?!! she also discussed how I can't park in visitors yet she parked her car there as well and she's a resident ! entitlement that lady has she is an embarrassment to this park and a hypocrite. The swimming pool was completely torn out and a new one installed this past year. It is kept immaculately clean and heated to 80 degrees. The lighting and seating area around the pool are also superb, as is the huge hot tub! The ownership is extremely fair about the minimal increases they require each year. You may find other parks that look more "high end", but once you speak with some of the residents you will come racing back to Foothill Vista. There are many activities in our very comfortable clubhouse and in fact they seem quite open to suggestions for additional ones. The other residents are extremely friendly, probably since it is just a small community. Guess you can tell, we really love living here!

They will not accept the space rent from me but they lie and say that I refuse to pay it. I know that sounds crazy but that is the truth. I don't know how they get away with doing this and I doubt it's the first time that they tried to steal someone's inherited mobile home by not accepting the rent from them and then claiming that you refuse to pay it. Please please speak up if you are going through a similar situation with this mobile home park or any other Mobile home Park. I am the owner of the mobile home my name is on the title but I am not allowed to live there or sell the mobile home in place, the only option they are giving me is that I can move the mobile home to another Park or pay exorbitant fees to their lawyer for writing a very discriminatory storage agreement that he wrote just for me and that I now have to pay $17,000 for the privilege of this discriminatory storage agreement that I never wanted and as far as I know according to the mobile home residency law is not required I am supposed to be allowed to continue the lease that was in effect at the time of former mobile home owners death for the purposes of selling it or be given the option to apply for residency and pay the same space rent that former owner paid. I own this mobile home outright but I am not allowed to live there or sell it sounds crazy doesn't it? I am a senior citizen and I now will be homeless because I spent all of my savings on upgrading and repairing the mobile home that I own, and thousands of dollars on lawyers, to no avail. This has financially ruined me and the stress they have put me through is killing me. TLDR: great job- highly recommend…read more We had some pretty advanced water damage in multiple spots in our house, and had had work done by a different company but the problem continued and we couldn't get the original company come back and fix it. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

You can wash your car in the designated car wash place but don't do anything more than just dry it or you will be reported for detailing your car, even though no one is waiting to wash their car. Also people dig through the trash to pull out recyclable's, smash boxes, or just be nosy. Then report finding as if working for a forensic laboratory, simply ridiculous behavior. We are younger but so far everyone has been so nice to us and have complemented us on our home decor! So glad they opened the community to families and allowed us to have this amazing opportunity. The amenities are so nice and I absolutely love that there are monthly activities. So far so good and I love being home! The office staff made purchasing a home super easy and are always willing to help and answer any questions we have. It's taken some neighbors some time to adapt to having families here but for the most part it's going well. There is no increase crime, loudness or danger due to families. There's only about 10 families so far and everyone is great! Love our community!

You have to check in with the guard first and state the space number you are visiting then you're handed a day pass to be able to park in the premises.
