The owner, Forrest, knows nothing about residential demolition. He has watched too many HGTV shows. He personally cut 4 separate live circuits with reciprocating saw and 4 low voltage lines. Took me two days to run new wire and open up the walls to access. His worker dripped oil from his vehicle in customers driveway. Owner left a playground slide from another job in customers driveway behind her vehicle and she had to drag it out of the way in the morning. He showed up with a 3/4 full dump truck and had to leave to dump and make room for my demo material. Showed up without tape and plastic, no fans, no gloves or masks for his workers. As the GC, I had to provide all this including trash cans to carry material out. He even took my one trash cans to his other job the next day and had to return it. Thought he was going to make $2k in one day (charged me $3k). I should have charged back $750!for all the electrical nightmare he created. I took him aside. Praise publicly but correct bad behavior in private. Told him to get his shit together. He pouted afterwards. Very unprofessional! Do not use this company unless it is outside and you don't care about damages. Never let him in a house!
