Awesome. I sent him a text in the morning to ask him a question. His response was we ran into an issue, can we reschedule for tomorrow? This day worked fine for us. He text me at 10am to say his truck was missing a part, was being installed and when finished, they'd be on their way. I text him back asking for an ETA, even if it was approximate, so I can take care of things I needed to take care of. No response. Text at 3pm asking what was happening. No text. He did our entire fence in our back yard. I found out from my mother who paid him an exorbitant amount of money for our fence. I went with him bc my mom didn't want to change, but he's a total flake. Irresponsible and absolutely NOT reliable. And IMO, he way over charges. His cost for one side of our front fence was 1k, we had two other estimates both for treated wood and one was $250 below and the other $200 below his estimate. I hate leaving bad reviews, but my thought is, other people would want to know. I HATE wasting time with unreliable contractors, yard workers and all others who are being paid to do a job. After a $1200 repair, continued leaking in the sprinkler box, "adjustments" to my sprinklers, a brown yard last season, and multiple requests for them to come back out and guarantee their work by repairing what wasn't repaired, I am finding this season just how shoddy their work truly was. I left numerous voicemails last year (they never picked up), and after months of attempting to get a hold of them, a rep finally picked up and was able to talk to someone. I asked them to come back out and fix what I paid them to do. The rep said they needed to talk to the tech and get back to me. That call never came. I gave up.
