I followed all the instructions and used only ONE of the sessions -- but when I requested a refund for the remaining treatments, I was met with silence and runarounds. Despite numerous calls over 9 months to the Boise location and corporate support, I have only received a partial refund. I am still owed over $1,600, and no one will take responsibility or provide a timeline. Now they claim they don't offer refunds after services are "rendered," completely ignoring what their own staff told me before I paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. I expected professionalism and transparency from a company of this size -- instead, I've been ignored and misled. I don't recommend LaserAway to anyone. Be very cautious about what their salespeople promise you -- get everything in writing, or you may be stuck fighting for your own money like I am.

With my medications that I'm on, I'm susceptible to skin cancer. This dermatology clinic is right down the road from me so I took it as a sign to come here to establish a relationship with someone who can properly help me with the care of my skin. The staff here are so friendly. The sweet receptionist got me all check in and gave me my proper paperwork to fill out. I only waited a couple minutes before Ashley Cafferty greeted me and walked me back to my exam room. Ashley and I went through my medical history, my transplant timeline and my relationship with the sun. I appreciate that she took in everything that I was throwing at her. She didn't rush me and everything that I had to tell her. Her attention was truly undivided. Ashley did a thorough exam of my skin. She checked every mole to make sure they weren't suspicious for anything concerning. We also went through my dry skin concerns and possible treatment options to help alleviate some of the dryness. It is quite the awkward situation, having someone you just barely met go through every inch of your body but Ashley made me feel comfortable the whole time. I couldn't be happier coming to this office to get my relationship with a dermatologist started. The staff is great. The office itself is stunning. The room I was in was clean and professional. I don't have to be back for another year but I'll know what to expect the next time I do come in. It was a great visit at this office today.

I gave my insurance card to the front desk and checked in. When I was taken back, I had to sign a form saying that I understand that my insurance might not cover this service because some companies classify it as cosmetic. I asked the MA/nurse for an estimate of the visit if insurance didn't cover it. She explained that the price depends on if I get a Rx etc. I understand that. I mainly wanted an idea of the visit charge. I decided to stay because I was embarrassed about the idea of leaving. I spoke with billing today and she was kind and helpful. She explained that the office charged my insurance company about $450. I'm worried about the price of the visit as I'm struggling to pay my expenses. I'm disappointed that I wasn't given the information at the time of the visit.
