We needed the advice and professional guidance if someone who KNOWS what they're doing so he could find adequate footwear. Well, we found it here. "Reese" helped us find the right orthotic and shoes to help with walking and comfort. Back in the day, I worked as a shoe repairman and owned my own shop. So I know as fast talker when I hear one, so I was pleased with what I saw and heard while being helped today. We spent about $130 for each pair of shoes and $50 for the orthotics - very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this place for buying shoes. Thank you! PS - not affiliated with this business to include being friends or family

I walk or hike about every day. I had an appointment with Reece and he spent REAL time with me. I took all my tennis shoes there for him to see. ( lol.) He listened to me, he checked my feet and he explained to me what was going on. Reece did not give a "sales pitch" . Reece helped me resolve problems and helped me with suggestions to help me in future trips of walking and hiking. Reece is number one in customer service, and is just a wonderful, nice guy. I will not go anywhere else. This is MY store and REECE is top notch. Customer Service AS IT SHOULD BE!!! thank you so very much, Reece. !!!

It's rare that I rate anything, but I felt like this was worthy of a complaint. My teenage…read moredaughter who has been in a cast and in a boot since early March was told her orthodox would be ready in less than a week. Twenty-two days later, and 3 unreturned phone calls, I now have an orthodox that does not fit. As a working mom it was important for me to find a facility that could accommodate my busy schedule, I was assured they could so I chose Excel over another office that had longer hours. The first appointment was fine, the appointment to pick up the orthodox left me, and my daughter in tears. My daughter is a USA Sanctioned Women's Gymnast, this was a career ending injury and a very sensitive matter to say the least. The tech that greeted us at the door was agitated before we even walked in the door. WE were never greeted with a "hi or hello" but more of a sigh, like hurry up and get out of here. The receptionist knew we could not get there until 4:45pm and that is the exact time we arrived. I could tell as soon as my daughter put her foot inside her shoe that it did not fit. The tech proceeded to talk down to me in front of my children, over speak me, and tried convince me that I had clue what I was talking about. The previous visit she told us if it did not fit, she could adjust it in the office, this time she refused. I also explained to her that my daughters Orthopedic did not give me the same instructions for use that she was suggesting, that only upset her more. As we left and I went to the front counter to check out, she followed and became louder, and more belligerent in front of my kids. By this time my daughter was already in the cry crying. The only thing nice they did was set up a payment arrangement. I have been in the medical field for over 17 years and I have never been treated as poorly as we were. I am now back at square one, and my daughter is still in extreme pain. I would not recommend them to anyone.
