I had Footmaxx made for me at a chiropractors office, they were made incorrectly, my feet were getting worse, after having to wait a long time to see a podiatrist, I was told they were useless, they were flat and of no benefit to me at all, only made my feet worse, I went back to my chiropractor, I was made to feel it was my fault for waiting so long to come back, he took another mould and had them revamped, just added foam to the arch, I would never recommend this company, stay away from anyone making these orthotics! read more

Take it from me. I have been making custom orthotics fro 12 years and have used at least 5 different companies. Form A-Z this is probably the worst company I have ever utilized. They do not get the orders correct, they do not deliver or ship on time and when you receive their custom orthotics they are made incorrectly. I got so tired of shipping orthotics back and forth I finally had to fire this company. Now they are trying to stick me with a bill for the equipment I had to lease to make their orthotics. If you are an orthotic provider STAY AWAY FROM FOOTMAXX. They will screw you and your patients over. read more

I haven't had luck with this company, either. After ankle surgery (for foot drop) I did a computerized step reading and when I rec'd the $400 orthotics from this company they had a heel attached that was so high I stepped out of my shoes and it slid both of my feet to either side of my shoes. They also give you a very short amount of time to let them know if you are having problems. This isn't rocket science or a huge amount of money out of their pockets to adjust your orthotics; I don't think there should be a time limit. I need orthotics to walk correctly and in alignment; not to provide a company with profits for not supplying me with what I need. I finally purchased orthotics from a local store and, along with lifts, I am more in alignment and less pain with those than my $400 useless orthotics. RIPOFF! read more

I am not a happy camper,bought a pair of these hoping for great results. Wore them for several months. My chiropractor told me my insurance would definitely cover them. Well the insurance company did not cover them.(I lost $350.00 in this venture)... I know,( insurances). On top of that these orthotics were hurting my feet more and my knees,my hips, my back etc. etc. I then went to a professional company and bought a new pair. This company is horrible! My doctor had orthotics made for me from this company three months ago. When they were first sent out they made them the complete opposite of the way they were suppose to be. It took forever to get them and then to have them be wrong. I called the company to voice my complaint and they won't even talk to actual customers they only will talk to the doctor. So my doctor called and complained. They did nothing for discounting or inconvenience. They send out the next pair after a month they start falling apart the glue doesn't hold and its causing me more pain than before I started wearing them. My doctor had already called and they insisted that they had made them correctly. Well it turns out now finally someone is admitting they were posted incorrectly again!!! They were again pushing me in the wrong direction making my issue worse rather than better. Again I say they owe me something for all their screw ups and again I am told no. It has been over two weeks since they were told of the issue and I still have not received my correctly made pair. This has been going on for three months. I have been and will continue to tell anyone and everyone not to use this company for orthotics. I also know that my doctor is going to stop carrying them as a option due to their poor customer service and inept ability to do their jobs. read more
