He tried to explain the automatic shut off to me, and after I asked him, he brought it up & showed me the engine would turn off in 30 mins, or the engine shut off can be turned off, which I did. The air pressure was noticeably lower than at other Mister Car Wash locations, making it difficult to clean even basic areas inside the car. What bothered me most was the customer service. When I politely mentioned the low air pressure to an employee, instead of checking the equipment or trying to help, he pointed the air nozzle at his arm, pulled the trigger, and told me it was "fine." It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When you pay for the highest-level wash, you expect the equipment to work properly and your concerns to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, neither happened. I won't be returning to this location, and I can't recommend it based on my experience.

When the bay was empty and ready for us to pull forward we were told we had to go into bay 1 which had filled up with more people since we arrived. This was frustrating but even more so when they went ahead and called us into bay 2 to be washed and then when I watched several other similar rigs do the same thing and be served. When I finally pulled in, they quoted me $200 for a full truck and trailer washout which I agreed to. I was really happy with how things were going with the wash and felt like they were doing a great job. Until I got out to inspect the trailer... they had completely missed one of the stalls of my trailer. I went to the office area and they said they would fix the issue. However , when I pulled around some guy came over and said they had underpriced the job and they wouldn't fix the issue unless I paid $80 more. In doing so they left me with a stall of soaked, dirty bedding which was even worse than what we started with! I had already paid the $200 that was agreed to. I've had this exact same service done in Iowa and it only cost $150! There was no way I was going to pay additional money when the agreement was $200 for the whole truck/trailer including a washout. I'm extremely disappointed as I was very pleased with the job they had done prior to this incident. They also took a LONG TIME almwhich is a good and bad thing imo. They were thorough in so many ways but the customer service earned them a 1 star from me.

He said he only used dish soap on it and then it should come off. Next time I washed my car. However, it will not come off. It only seems to be a value if you do it weekly. I don't wash my car that frequently, so I just go as needed. You pull into the lane and up to the ATM looking machine to make your choice. They have several levels of washes. The most expensive is $27 (The Platinum), which I tried once and was nice, but they have about 4 or 5 different ones to choose from. Once you pick, you pay and then pull up to the entrance. You stay in your car. Once your car comes out, you can pull into one of the cleaning bays. Here there are white trash cans with clean microfiber cloths and black cans to put your dirty/wet ones in, once you're finished. The cleaning bays: 1) Vacuums on both sides 2) Pressurized air to clean crevices 3) Mat clip - so you can put your floor mats on this rack and blow them or vacuum them before putting them back in 4) 2 types of cleaners - one for glass and the other for your seats, etc. Plenty of room to open all your doors and finish cleaning your vehicle. Worth a visit.
