BEWARE!! Had a Chevy 2500 4l80e rebuilt here for $4800. Was told by Bobby and the tech that…read moreeverything inside the transmission except the gears was replaced. 8 months, 25k miles later, it's hard shifting and not shifting (same issue it got rebuilt for). Bobby extended his warranty to cover the solenoids that they "didn't think needed to be replaced. In the process, they swapped the rubber pan gasket for a paper one. First day I had it back it left half a qt of transmission fluid in the driveway (no leaks before repairs were done). Bobby who self admittedly knows nothing about transmissions swears that this substantial leak is fluid leaking through the wires on an electrical connector. His estimate was another $800. I showed him the fluid all around the pan gasket but apparently I'm an idiot. This situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and I have to take the truck somewhere else for something that I was told was already done. Bobby told me I didn't know anything about transmissions and in the next breath told me that all the parts that were replaced are listed on the invoice. You just said I do not know what those parts are... I also have an f150 4r70w that was rebuilt by CJs for $5200. 10 months later, 2500 miles, it's not shifting, won't drive in drive, can't find 1st gear. Bobby told me to go screw myself because he won't even look at it. Save yourself from spending $10,000 on crap. I could have bought 3 BRAND NEW transmissions and had them installed for less. Lawsuits pending, STAY AWAY

Oddly, the A/C felt colder when we picked it up, suggesting a test drive may have just happened. Another vehicle took nearly two weeks just to get in. Once dropped off, they forgot we even brought it in, quoted repairs we didn't ask for, and never called when it was ready -- a recurring issue. The staff is friendly, but communication and reliability have seriously declined. It feels like they're too busy to care, and that's disappointing after being loyal customers for years.

I get a call fifteen minutes later from the shop saying they're declining to work on my car and to "come pickup my car, the keys are in it outside". This shop was very rude, I was nothing but respectful on the phone with them just giving them insight about what I believed the issue to be. The main person that answers the phone talks a million miles a second and you can barely understand him. The whole experience wasted two days of my time. I ended up taking my vehicle to an actual dealership to get it serviced. In the future, treat your customers with respect and do not be RUDE. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

It was diagnosed and repaired by another mechanic within an hour of bringing it there. Daniel, the owner, gave me a partial refund of $200 because of their inability to resolve my issue. The nasty attitude of his failed mechanic was something I had never experienced before. I actually looked at Daniel and said, "How do you allow someone to speak so disrespectfully to your customers?" At that point, he handed me $200 back from my $350 repair. It turned out to be a misfire in cylinder 4, and a coil and plug were replaced by a knowledgeable repair shop. The total cost of this repair was $160.

The 4 wheel drive wasn't repaired as requested and a piece of exhaust wasn't installed as requested. The engine needs to be torn down again because allegedly the push rods need to be replaced. Why reassemble an engine and tell the customer that it needs internal parts? When i instructed them to replace the internal parts I was told we needed to settle the bill first. Almost two thousand dollars ! I requested an itemized bill before payment but that never came . At my wife's suggestion I paid the bill promptly and will go to a reputable shop to complete the needed repairs. Btw- every time I arrived there was no mechanics working or even on site. It seems all the employees come and go as they seem fit. I tried to support small local business but really got stung. Run from this shop ,.. Took it back and did a test drive with Drew the mechanic who charged my for the repair and he acknowledged the issue but try to wiggle out of the issue saying that, I only requested an alignment, anyway I try to make an appointment for the very next day and he said he was booked till next Tuesday so I would have to wait , very unprofessional. Never take your vehicle there.

0 Brakes locked?/$4000 to repair?…read moreRV was riding rough. We knew we needed tires but wasn't sure about anything else it might need. Took to PatRicks for an estimate/diagnosis. Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. SO....PATRICK'S IS A LYING SHYSTER GARAGE. Our opinion. You can form your own.
