I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! She even took photos of me in each gown so I could compare and contrast! Yelitza made my shopping experience extremely rewarding and fun! She even helped me look at jewelry to match and came up with great ideas for my hair and makeup. I can't thank her enough for the experience I had in the store. My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.

I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. But I needed a suit for a wedding in Chicago. I went in there on the 7 days before the wedding, and I was only going to be in Easton for a few more days (counting the weekend). The store owner remembered my father well and we had a nice time reminiscing. He really remembered my dad well. It would have been at least ten years since he shopped there. When I told him what I needed he immediately pulled out the perfect suit. At that point, being Friday, I told him I needed it on Monday since I was flying out on Tuesday. I don't know what their typical turnaround time is for something like this but it was clearly much shorter than it typically takes. They had their tailor at the store and he didn't work weekends or Mondays. They asked him if he could come in on Monday to get this done, and he agreed. We also outfitted the suit with a new shirt and tie. The total was more than I planned on spending but I need a new suit anyway. This one could be used for any affair wear you need to wear a suit. I tried it on and it fit like a glove. Wore it to the wedding and had lots of compliments about it. I'm thrilled with the service I received and would highly recommend, if you are in the Easton, PA area, to stop in.
