i recently had the displeasure of dealing with joe brennen, who took me for the old bait and…read moreswitch. i called a company named "for the public adjuster" looking for just that a public adjuster to help with an insurance claim for storm damage. the operator transferred me to joe brennen, and we proceeded to have a 12 minute conversation. joe agreeded to "help me" as an adjuster. he advised me not to use servepro for the restoration as they were in the insurance companies pockets. joe looked at my insurace and even set up an appointment for a restoration company to come 125 miles east on a sunday (which they did). joe in the mean time came up with excuse after excuse on why he cold not come to  look my damage. as it turned out "suprise suprise"  joe is an agent ( and most likely the owner) of the restoration company which charged $4,100.00 to remove a total of 5 sheets of plaster board. ****** joe brennen never ever disclosed that he would be making money on the very company he referred as a public adjuster and never ever helped us out with the insurance company. take my advice stay far far away!!!!!!!

One leaking toilet seal (wax floor seal) later and our house was +70 dBs louder with our bathroom floor tile removed and drying equipment upstairs and downstairs. I'm glad we called Professional Restoration Services! They have been so helpful and professional (of course!) throughout the water mitigation process. They quickly assessed the issue that the plumber had seen (subfloor damage) and began work on demolition, mold removal, and drying out the area so it could be repaired. Drew (OSU fan, but I won't hold it against him) was great in his initial assessment and was helpful with explaining the process and even working with the insurance claims adjuster who happened to be here at the same time. Esam, Cameron and George performed the service and daily checkups and were always friendly, helpful and professional! And everyone was very thoughtful with their cleanliness (always wore booties in the house, laid down plastic, etc....)! They are a local company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has to deal with water mitigation and damage issues in their home!
