He said it would be a couple of days to get the shingles and when they came in they finished the job in 1 day. After receiving several letters from lawyers, I decided to call a few and see what my options were and which prices were the best. Of the maybe 4-5 places I called, this firm was the most friendly and personable. Definitely plus that they also had the cheapest price. A couple days after gathering quotes I decided that I would go with Cotten Law Firm. I was able to go online and look up my case number and pay my fees all at once. Once I paid and electronically signed to allow Mr. Cotten to represent me, I was e-mailed a case number for the firm and a receipt. The day before my court date I received an e-mail and phone call from the firm to get more of my personal information to pull my driving record. That was also a pleasant and friendly interaction as well. I was told that Mr. Cotten would e-mail me the results the next day after going to court on my behalf. Around 1:30 on the day of my court date I received an e-mail from Mr. Cotten himself with the results. My ticket was reduced to an "Improper Equipment" charge! My insurance won't be affected and neither will my driving record. Such a relief! Since I paid upfront he also handled the court costs and fines as well. I didn't have to go to court or even to the office at all. There's also an option to pay for his services upfront and then you can handle your court costs within 30 or so days of your court date if you can't afford it all at once, which is great. Leon built our house in Duke Forest in 1988 and I had never then and never since seen a builder so focused on quality in his product and his relationships than Leon. He managed his subs so superbly that they performed magnificently. Our house was completely custom designed by Richard Bell (Bell/Glazener Design Group) so everything was novel. From the first bulldozer to take out the designated trees until we moved in was under six months and there were *no call backs*. The house was done. Punch list completed. It was perfect. We could not believe it. From what I know, the approach that Leon took to his work has become the culture of BuildSense. There is no reason that building a house from scratch should be anything but thrilling and joyful, as it was for us. If you want that experience, this is where to go.
