I contacted Brian when trying to determine if a diminished value offer by the insurance company was reasonable.

Over Thanksgiving, with 12 people staying in our house (2.5 baths), our daughter noticed a water…read morestain in the downstairs ceiling under our 2nd bathroom. It didn't seem to be actively leaking, so we waited until Monday to get a plumber in to have a look. One leaking toilet seal (wax floor seal) later and our house was +70 dBs louder with our bathroom floor tile removed and drying equipment upstairs and downstairs. I'm glad we called Professional Restoration Services! They have been so helpful and professional (of course!) throughout the water mitigation process. They quickly assessed the issue that the plumber had seen (subfloor damage) and began work on demolition, mold removal, and drying out the area so it could be repaired. Drew (OSU fan, but I won't hold it against him) was great in his initial assessment and was helpful with explaining the process and even working with the insurance claims adjuster who happened to be here at the same time. Esam, Cameron and George performed the service and daily checkups and were always friendly, helpful and professional! And everyone was very thoughtful with their cleanliness (always wore booties in the house, laid down plastic, etc....)! They are a local company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has to deal with water mitigation and damage issues in their home! This review is for the water mitigation portion of our service only, I'll post another, separate review for the repair work after it is complete.

They removed all damaged drywall and insulation, then proceeded to dry the entire area. They returned every day to check the moisture level, and kept drying equipment in place for five days. They have extremely polite employees and were very respectful of our property. We would definitely recommend this company.

Here's your sign to hire Carolina Restoration Services for ALL of your restoration needs - you…read morewon't regret it!! We had a pipe leak that started in a closet and quickly turned into far more work than we ever expected. What began as a small issue became a full first-floor restoration -- new flooring throughout, drywall replacement, painting, and new trim. Needless to say, it was a much bigger project than we were prepared for. We initially hired another restoration company and spent over a month struggling to get updates and track down invoices. They even told us we didn't need to replace our bedroom carpet -- but when Carolina Restoration took over, they immediately recommended replacing it to properly mitigate the risk of mold. We are SO thankful they did. That level of attention and care made all the difference!! From day one, the Carolina Restoration team made the entire process seamless and organized. Our project manager, Sam, was personable, knowledgeable, and truly put us at ease throughout. They coordinated with ANS Painting Company, and Alex and his team went above and beyond -- not only repainting walls beautifully but even painting our baseboards to match our kitchen cabinets! The attention to detail was incredible, and our home truly looks better than ever! From start to finish, Carolina Restoration exceeded every expectation. They kept us informed, prioritized our comfort, and somehow created a sense of normalcy while our home was under construction. We are endlessly grateful to Sam, Alex, and both teams for their professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. You won't find a better restoration company in Raleigh -- seriously, this is your sign to hire Carolina Restoration Services ASAP!!

My father always told me you need to find a good, reliable, trusted jewelry repair shop where ever…read moreyou live so that when you break a clasp, have to get a ring resized, or get a necklace fixed, you have on that you can count on. Well, for me, that jewelry repair shop is Treasure Isle. It is located in a strip mall and if you didn't notice it, you probably drove by it once or twice before, but if you do go visit, you will find the nicest people on the planet! :) Steve has been the guy that has taken care of me, so if you are reading this review, be sure to ask for him. He's got a corgi that keeps him company in the back so it's cool to see them interact. I usually come here whenever i buy a new necklace or pendant that I need to get fixed up - I love to wear Catholic crucifixes and symbols to remind me of my faith - but I have a tendency to have them break and I've lost more than I can remember. Well, now I go see Steve at TI and he welds the clasps so that I never lose it. :) There was this one time where he helped me out, I forgot my cash so he told me next time I come in to bring him a dozen donuts for him and his workers! I still owe that to him but I'll bring it in one day! Lol :) Anyway, if you like nice jewelry and need a trusted local small business to go to, then this place won't disappoint you! Been coming here for 6 years now, and I'll probably keep going till Steve finally calls me out on the dozen donuts I owe him! Lol :)

Very good to do business with highly recommend for quality and value will be buying all my jewelry…read morethere in the future
