I haven't experienced miraculous healing but rather steady progress in the right direction. Treatment is customizable to you, both between traditional medicine and acupuncture, and within the treatment itself. Adjustments are made along the way to ensure you're receiving the best care. Hoyoon Chong is a patient and caring practitioner who clearly gets joy out of what he's doing. He's good at both listening to patients and explaining treatment methods, and his overall bedside manner is very cheerful. I've never felt rushed during the sessions. I've also enjoyed learning more from him about traditional Eastern medicine and how it differs from or is similar to Western medicine. He does a good job of explaining how both can work together and benefit from each other. The office staff here is excellent as well. My insurance can be tricky to process, but it was processed quickly here with no issues or delays. I also appreciate how friendly and kind the staff are every time I arrive. I know when I walk in the door that I'll be greeted with a friendly smile.

Every session feels deeply restorative -- I often drift off to sleep because the treatments are so peaceful and effective. They also offer affordable bundled pricing and a lovely selection of healing teas that add to the overall wellness experience. What sets this practitioner apart is not only his skill, but also his patience, wisdom, and genuine care. He takes the time to listen, explain, and provide thoughtful guidance that goes beyond the treatment itself. I left each visit feeling heard, supported, and noticeably better. Honestly, the level of personalized care and attention I received exceeded many traditional medical appointments. Highly recommend to anyone seeking holistic healing and compassionate care.

A few years later, my right shoulder and right foot would shake and become unstable in one position. After the right foot touches the ground, the instep mainly vibrates and becomes unstable. But let me start from the beginning and I will update the stars and the comments once I talk to him tomorrow Monday. First when I called to make our appointment--my daughter's and I, Dr. Shao did not even take our names and just said to come Friday at 10am. Then when we got there he looked like he was expecting us even though he didn't know our names. The front office tidy, a feeling of a one man show. Then he called us, gave us paperwork to fill out and put my daughter and I in two different rooms. We detailed our reasons for being there and said that our main problem was Allergies. He was very sweet and read our palms explained what they meant and then put all the needles in. Some of them hurt a lot. He came and checked on us about 3 times adjusting needles then removing them and then we were ready to go about one hour later. The price was $80 per person and he said the next appointments which he said should be about four more times, would be $75. I have paid much less than that with other Acupuncturists, but decided that if he knew what he was doing, it was worth the money. He also gave us some pills to take three times a day for free. That same day late afternoon I started feeling lots of phlegm down my throat and a light headache but I was not stuffy. My daughter was feeling a constant phlegm behind her nose and throat and developed a huge cough the very next day; she still feels really sick. We called the doctor and we both have no fever or any CORONA VIRUS symptoms so please don't over react. My point here is that in my previous experiences with acupuncture, if the Acupuncturists knew what they were doing, I got better immediately the same day and did not have to return for another session until the next year. So I have been getting like a boost each year to balance my body. My two previous Acupuncturists were amazing but one moved his practice somewhere else unknown to me and the last one has terminal cancer and his office is now closed. So I will return to this post after I speak to Dr. Shao on Monday and find out what we can do next to feel better. Will update soon!!! 3/8/2020

He tried acupuncture to speed up healing and he was able to walk within 2 days. Since then, we went to Dr. Yun for all of our family ailments. I have two active boys who often get hurt playing sports. When there was a sprain and swelling, acupuncture really helped to bring down the swelling and heal faster than normal. When my mother in-law suffered back pain, one dose of acupuncture and her pain immediately went away. Recently, our son had knee pain for 7 weeks, which eventually immobilized him. He was barely able to walk, confined to his couch. With normal MRI result, we decided to try acupuncture, korean herbal medicine and physical therapy. It's been a week and a half of several treatments and my son is now able to go outside and walk, and even ride a bike! His knee has improved tremendously! Much thanks to Dr. Yun!! She has been practicing for few decades and was trained in Korea along the side of allopathic doctors! Oh she even accepts health insurance! Even if the treatment is not covered by insurance, her rate is very reasonable.

I am so grateful that I found this place and also that they are in-network with my insurance. The entire experience was just that, an experience. From the use of sound healing modalities, to strategic needling, and cupping, my body feels so much better right now. Dr. Kim is amazing. Juliana is equally amazing. They took their time and were extremely thorough with not only their assessment, but also the treatment. I have never had acupuncture quite like that before. The cupping was not fire cupping, which I am accustomed to, but it was still incredible. I cannot wait to come back. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who values traditional medicine and understands how incredibly important and beneficial it is to overall health. I am very excited to work with Dr. Kim and Juliana to get my health all the way together in 2023. Also, they get major bonus points for their text and reminder system. If it's your first time, park in front, then walk around back to find Suite 300.

I made the appt with Yousu and it was the best ever!!! It has now been 2 years since I have been going here for my massages! I bought the package deal which is 10 massages for $1,050 which is 1.5 hours long. It is $105 per massage vs $115 per massage which is still a great price for an 1.5 hours of service! Things I love is that Yousu is very knowledgeable and studies your trouble areas and really focuses on them. She doesn't cut your time short like other massage places I have been to. It is obvious that she loves what she does cause it shows! She is very nice and is always going above and beyond! Note: she only provides services to females only This is located in a business area which you time into the parking lot and it is the building straight back and the door is on the left side. There is plenty of free surface parking spaces. You will not be disappointed!!! I just recently bought another package! I wish I could see her all the time, she is amazing!!!

But, Dr. Yeon was sooo kind, very informative, listened to all my symptoms, asked questions, and provided a treatment plan. I was put at ease right away! The acupuncture itself was actually relaxing and not painful - this is coming from someone who has absolutely no threshold of pain! I found complete relief while walking out to my car - it was crazy! A miracle! Some services that this clinic provides besides acupuncture are taping therapy, tuina massage therapy, cupping, and herbal medicine. If you're experiencing back/neck pain, pain from arthritis, osteoarthritis, bursitis, tennis elbow, sciatica, myofascial, menstrual cramps, and other chronic pain, having headaches/migraines, or have diabetes, see Dr. Yeon!
