It all started when I…read moremoved to a new house and the bathroom plumbing was just not great so I reached out to a couple of plumbers and Brother Plumber got back to me fastest with a reasonable approach. Well Bobby T. showed up and gave a pretty reasonable flat-rate estimate to replace two faucets and a toilet. We figured the job would take about 1.5 hours, but it seems that just about everything went south from the beginning - not the least of which were a sketchy original install from the early 1970's and a tub drain not connected. Somewhere around 7 hours later Bobby T. knocked out the job and it all works great AND they stuck with the original price quote. Throughout the entire ordeal Bobby T. was fantastic and communicated what was going on, but most importantly finished the job by doing things right the first time. The artistry of the final result was also pretty fantastic and used a bit more copper than was expected. I would DEFINITELY recommend Brother Plumber to anyone for their workmanship and professionalism.

Thinking one of the girls maybe spilled water, I was wrong. We had a leak coming from under the bathroom sink. Called the spouse to have him come and check to see if the pipes were leaking under the sink. Nope! Spouse said it was in the wall. We called Allen Plumbing & HVAC, as my daughter had previous amazing service on an A/C Unit at another home. Last week two professional young techs came out and knew exactly where to zero in to find the issue. This is a two story home so I was hopeful it wasn't upstairs, and it wasn't. Kudos to both these gentlemen as my 2 year old granddaughter decided they were there to see her. She is not shy at all.
