We had an…read moreappointment at 5:15, we arrived early, then treated as though we were stupid, being asked "if we had an appointment". We were rushed, the improper measurements taken, the staff member (named Tony) continuously complaining that he "couldn't wait to leave and get out of here" and that "they don't have the man power" (although we were the only people there. He did not remeasure once the (incorrect) suits were tried on, then had us checked out before we could even answer questions and he was out the door before we were. We decided to go with a much better store, and called men's warehouse to cancel our rental and get a refund. We were recommended to go in store instead, but once we arrived we waited for 35 minutes (and saw one person with an appointment not be helped until 15 minutes after his appointment, and another person told that it would take 30 minutes to purely ring him up with information they already had in their system). The woman (we did not get introduced) proceeded to have us write down our phone numbers and told us they'd call us to cancel. She was rude, racially prejudiced, spoke with a disrespectful tone, and overall unhelpful. Mens Warehouse, if you are unable to take appointments in a timely manner because low staffing, then do not schedule too many appointments (as i assume this is the main reason so many of their workers are miserable). If this is not the reason, then I hope that they stop looking for "rude, disrespectful, poor task management, and bad customer service" on the resumes of their staff members. I suggest not using them for any event, and finding a more local, professional, and helpful store near North Olmsted!

It really reminds me of Eddie Bauer's. The store has multiple rooms of outdoor attire. MERCHANDISE: Most of the attire (predominantly women's and children's) looks like chic athletic-ish attire to wear around Lakewood. Faux fur vests are especially soft and high quality. There is an entire room of skiing gear - skis, ski goggles, and sweaters with ski landscapes. There's also a pretty expansive selection of children's attire. You'll find popular brands like Patagonia and Yeti, and also less known brands. Prices are mostly what you'd expect at a high-end department store. SERVICE: The service at the store wasn't too attentive. Employees were a bit awkward with client interactions. Perhaps because it was busy. Check out this store if you are looking for winter attire like coats, chunky sweaters, gloves, and hats. There are plenty of choices here. I had to return a phone cover on March 11th because I had gotten the wrong size and the return process was quite smooth - I got store credit to buy something else in the store. Everything you need is most likely in this store with the majority of the items being clothes. The clothing is very affordable so if you are on a budget, come here. You can find, children's, women's, and men's clothing. You will also find shoes from designer formal shoes to casual shoes. Handbags and other accessories are also sold here. Household items such as bathroom towels, cleaning supplies, humidifiers, etc can bought here too. Literally, everything is here. The only slight downfall is that for the clothing section, it may take you a while to find what you are looking for because there are just so many clothes. I will say that the clothes are labeled properly according to size (small, medium, large, extra-large, etc). Also, every time I've come here, the lines have been long but they have moved quickly. I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.
